Therefore, conventional plates of this type have a problem in that the ends are easily damaged when an impact is applied to the ends due to, for example, falling from the ends. In addition, in conventional products, the bond between the core plate and the synthetic resin outer skin is not sufficient, and the synthetic resin outer skin is more likely to peel off than the core plate due to differences in expansion and contraction due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients and aging of the synthetic resin. There was a problem that it could not withstand long-term use. Furthermore, when a bending moment is applied to conventional plate materials, there is a problem in that slippage occurs between the synthetic resin outer skin and the core plate, creating a gap and reducing bending rigidity. Furthermore, when the conventional technique is cut with a saw or the like, the synthetic resin outer skin and the core plate open around the cut portion to form an opening, and there is a problem in that foreign matter can enter through the opening.

Synthetic resin end members 8, 8 are attached to cover the respective end surfaces 6, 6, and a synthetic resin outer skin 3 is attached to the side circumferential surface 2 of the core material 1 and the synthetic resin end members 8, 8.
The inner surface of the synthetic resin outer skin 3 is bitten into the concave portions of the uneven surface 9 of the core material 1, and the synthetic resin end members 8, 8 and the synthetic resin outer skin 3 are fused together. The present invention is characterized in that the core material 1, the synthetic resin end members 8, 8, and the synthetic resin outer skin 3 are integrated.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view including a partially cutaway cross section showing one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially longitudinal side view showing another embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, plywood is used as the core material 1, and a large number of parallel protrusions 4, 4, extending in the longitudinal direction and having a triangular cross section are provided on the side peripheral surface 2 of the core material 1.

Although not shown in the figure, synthetic resin end members 8, 8 covering the respective end surfaces 6, 6 are attached to both end surfaces as in FIG. A synthetic resin outer skin 3 is formed to cover the side peripheral surfaces 2 of the members 8, 8, and the inner surfaces of the synthetic resin outer skin 3 are bitten into the recesses of the uneven surface 9 of the core material 1, and the synthetic resin end members 8, 8 are formed. The core material 1, the synthetic resin end members 8, 8, and the synthetic resin outer skin 3 are integrated by fusing them together.

. . . and form an uneven surface 9 on the four side circumferential surfaces 2, and temporarily attach synthetic resin end members 8, 8 to both end surfaces 6, 6 of the core material 1 by using their U-shaped cross sections. These synthetic resin end members 8, 8 are integrally connected to the inner surface of the synthetic resin outer skin 3. Note that if the end members 8, 8 are made of the same synthetic resin as the synthetic resin outer skin 3, the synthetic resin outer skin 3 and the end members 8, 8 will be melted and integrated during extrusion molding of the synthetic resin outer skin 3, and the bond between the two will be strengthened. be done. The end member 8 may be any of those shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, respectively.

Even if the plate material falls from the end during transportation, the end members 8, 8 act as a cushion to absorb and alleviate the impact force, thereby avoiding damage to the core material 1. Since the member 8 and the synthetic resin outer skin 3 are fused together, the synthetic resin outer skin 3 will not separate from the synthetic resin end member 8 and the core material 1, so the core will not be damaged by water etc. entering from the end surface 6 or elsewhere. Corrosion of material 1 can be prevented.

For example, in the above embodiment, all of the four side circumferential surfaces 2 of the core plate 1 are formed with uneven surfaces 9, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, only the top and bottom two surfaces of the four side circumferential surfaces 2 are formed with uneven surfaces 9. may be formed. Further, the shape of the uneven surface 9 of the circumferential surface 2 is not limited to that of the above embodiment, and can be freely selected such as a lattice shape or a wavy shape. Further, the shape, material, etc. of the core plate 1 are not limited to those shown in the above embodiments, and may be, for example, in the shape of a rectangular member such as a square cross section. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin outer skin 3 can be printed or embossed with a pattern or the like in accordance with the intended use of the building material.

This makes it possible to strengthen the integral bond between the core material and the synthetic resin outer skin, which prevents it from peeling off from the core material even if it is affected by expansion/contraction differences due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients or aging of the synthetic resin. can be improved.

This prevents foreign matter from entering through the opening.
