本考案のギアポンプの反ポンプブロツク側ケーシ
ングの端面図である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２箇又は３箇のギアを有するギア群と該ギア群
    を被うケーシングとよりなるギアポンプであつて
    、前記ギア群は駆動軸を備えた１の駆動ギア及び
    該駆動ギアと噛合する１又は２の従動ギアよりな
    り、ケーシングは溶融樹脂の導入路と導出路とを
    夫々の噛合位置近傍に設けかつ１箇又は２箇の前
    記従動ギアを軸支する機能を備えたポンプブロツ
    ク側プレート、該ポンプブロツク側プレートにギ
    ア群を介して対峙して設けられる反ポンプブロツ
    ク側プレート及び各々のギアの歯面に沿つて被装
    されるギアケースよりなる溶融樹脂の計量に供す
    るギアポンプにおいて、前記反ポンプブロツク側
    プレートのギア側の面に、前記ポンプブロツク側
    ケーシングに設けた導入路と導出路のギア側開口
    位置に相当する位置に、凹状の窪を設け、溶融樹
    脂の導入、導出に伴うギア側方向の圧力を該反ポ
    ンプブロツク側プレートにも負荷せしめてギア両
    側面の圧力を均衡化せしめることを改良点とした
    溶融樹脂用ギアポンプ。
