Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable insertion device that inserts an insertion guide tube into the tube from a branch tube provided in the tube, passes the cable through the insertion guide tube, and inserts the cable into the tube. In this case, a guide plate is provided at the tip of the insertion guide tube, which can swing between a posture substantially along the fine direction of the insertion guide tube and an inclined posture protruding diagonally forward, and the guide plate is provided on the back side of the guide plate. A moving member movable in the axial direction of the guide tube is provided, the moving member and the guide plate are connected by a link, and a moving means is provided for moving the moving member by operating an operating shaft passed through the insertion guide tube. It is something that

In such a configuration, when internally inspecting the inside of the pipeline 1, from the state where the fire hydrant 40 is installed as shown in FIG. 5(a), to the sub-assembly as shown in FIG. 5(b), After closing the valve 4, remove the fire hydrant 40 and insert the outer cylinder 12 into the sub-valve 4.
and install the cable insertion device 5 as shown in FIG. Next, open the sub-valve 4 and insert the outer cylinder 1 with the operation shaft 14.
The insertion guide cylinder I3 in 2 is lowered, and its tip is inserted into the pipe line 1 through the auxiliary valve 4 and the branch pipe 3. At this time, since the guide plate 18 and the second guide plate 30 are housed in the insertion guide tube 13, the insertion is performed without any problem. Thereafter, when the operating shaft 14 is rotated to rotate the screw and shaft 27, the nut body 26 is lowered and the movable bracket 20 is lowered via the connecting shaft 25. From the state shown by the solid line in the figure, the insertion guide tube 13 assumes an inclined position protruding diagonally forward from the insertion guide tube 13 as shown by the imaginary line. Along with this, the second guide plate 30 also tilts forward as shown by the imaginary line, and the fixed guide plate 331, the second guide plate 30, and the guide plate 18 change the inclination angle with the horizontal direction from above to below. A guide surface is formed that is bent in three stages so that the curve gradually becomes gentler.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, when the distal end of the insertion guide tube is positioned in the tube and the operating shaft is operated to move the moving member with the moving means, the guide is moved through the link. Since the plate is in an inclined position with the plate protruding forward, the direction of the cable tip can be easily changed along the inclined guide plate toward the narrow direction of the pipe, allowing the cable to be inserted smoothly into the pipe. . Further, since the guide plate is of a swing type, it can be accommodated within the cross section of the insertion guide tube, and the operation of inserting the insertion guide tube into the branch pipe can be easily performed.
