Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase rigidity and to stably maintain a working tool by making a square pipe steel to receive a fitting part wherein a front and a rear peripheral surface parts at the outside are in contact and piled between a central side back of an inner hitch plate and a central side fore of an outer hitch plate into an inner and outer double pipe state. CONSTITUTION:In an inner pitch plate A and an outer pitch plate B to constitute a hitch, a central side 1 and both a left and a right sides 2 and 3 are bent and formed and central sides A1 and B2 are made into a shape corresponding to a hexagon so that the central parts are coincident with the shape of a square pipe steel to be engaged with space 7 between the left and the right side parts. The central side part B1 of the outer pitch plate 3 is provided with a hole 9 into which a bolt 8 is introduced along the square pipe steel 6 and a fitting part of a working tool inserted into the square pipe steel is fastened and fixed by rotating the bolt 8 by a handle 10. Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a hitch for attaching working implements to mobile agricultural machinery and the like.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) A hitch for attaching a work tool to the vehicle body is attached to the back or belly surface of a hitch plate with a U-shaped cross section.

There is a form in which a round pipe or a square pipe is welded to insert and hold the attachment part of the work tool. In such a configuration, a large external force acts on the back surface of the hitch plate through the pipe, so the hitch plate must be made of a thick material, and the welding strength of the pipe must also be increased.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides an inner hit plate A and an outer hit plate having a substantially U-shaped cross section with left and right sides 2.3 facing the center side 1 in parallel. The mounting portion 5 of the working tool 4 is inserted into the gap 7 between the back surface of the center side A1 of the inner hitch plate A and the ventral surface of the center side B1 of the outer hitch plate B. [Claims] An inner hitch plate A and an outer hitch plate B, which are formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section with left and right sides 2 and 3 facing parallel to the center side 1, are overlapped inside and out to form an inner hitch. A square pipe 6 for inserting and holding the attachment part 5 of the working tool 4 is held in the space part 7 between the back side of the central side part A1 of the plate A and the ventral surface of the central side part B1 of the outer hitch plate B.
