びん口部を前記通気性キヤツプでふたし、その状
態で菌の培養に適した温度と湿度の雰囲気下に所
要期間置いて得たものが用いられている。このし
いたけ種菌の培養過程で、培養器として用いられ
るポリエチレン製狭口びん容器は口部が広くない
ので種ゴマ木片の出し入れや、培養液の充填の作
業性が良くないのみならず、未使用時に保管に場
所を取る欠点がある。
