- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数個の焦電素子を並設した焦電型赤外線
検出器を、複眼構成のドーム状のフレネルレンズ
の中心部に配した焦電型熱源検知器において、正
方形状の検知エリアを有することを特徴とする焦
電型熱源検知器。 (2) 検知エリア内の検知ビームがほぼ格子状に
等間隔で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項
１記載の焦電型熱源検知器。
