【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、位置により断面形状の異なる溝切
板と一体的な取付部材を、取付孔を介しステー部
材への取付位置を変更することで所望形状の溝を
容易に形成可能な水田用溝切機に関するものであ
る。

して断面形状の異なる二種類のものを使用してい
る。即ち田植後、三週間前後での溝切にあつて
は、土壌が比較的軟らかいので断面が略U状状の
ものを使用し、また収穫時、コンバイン等のよう
な収穫機を利用するためには、土壌が非常に硬化
しているので、土壌への喰い込みが良好で、しか
も抵抗の少ない断面が略V字状のものを使用して
いるが、前述のような二種類の溝切を行う故、従
来にあつては、(i)予め断面が略U字状と略V字状
の二種類の溝切板を夫々用意しておくか、もしく
は(ii)第8図にみるように、断面が略U字状の溝切
板1に補助板2,2をボルト、ナツトのような止
着具3,3で固定し、下方を略V字状に形成する
ことで断面V字状の溝を造成可能としてある。ま
た(iii)溝切に際し、作業者の背丈、使い勝手等に即
応でき、しかも溝切板を地面に対し適正な接地角
度に保持すべく、伝動軸を被覆する外管に取付け
た支持具に、取付角度を容易に調節可能な調節桿
を装着し、該調節桿に溝切板を連結した調節機構
付の除草機が提案されている。(一例としてたと
えば実・公昭55−25762号公報参照) 〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕 前述せる従来の技術の項における(i)の場合にあ
つては、予め二種類の溝切板を用意する必要があ
るため、部品管理が煩雑な上に、需要家にとつて
も購入価格が高額となる。(ii)の場合にあつては、
部品数の増加となり、生産費の高騰化を招き、ま
た組付方式のため、一体構成のものに比し強度の
面で劣り、しかもボルト、ナツトによる止着手段
を採用している故、組付個所に錆が発生し、補助
板の着脱に難渋し、また時として組付個所が切損
する惧れもある。(iii)の場合にあつては、溝切板の
接地角度の調節は可能なるも、溝切作業殊に乾
燥・固化した地面の溝切作業に際し、地面の抵抗
により稍々もすれば調節桿が不測のうちに揺動も
しくは変位し、このため、設定当初の接地角度が
変り、所望形状の溝切りが困難もしくは不可能と
なることも予想され、作業の中断を余儀なくされ
る事態が発生する懸念がある等の問題点がある。

に、前記第一取付孔に適合可能な第二取付孔を穿
設し、第一取付孔と第二取付孔との締着具による
選択的な挿通・締着で、前記溝切板の地面との接
触個所での断面を選択可能としたものである。

二取付孔a,a,b,bのいずれか一方を、前記
第一取付孔h,hにボルト、ナツト等からなる複
数の締着具j,jで締着することで溝切板7の地
面11との接触個所での断面をU字状もしくはV

惧れもない故、乾燥・固化せる地面の溝切に際し
ても部材の切損する惧れもない上に、ステー部材
への取付部材の取付位置の変更でも第一、第二取
付孔に挿する締着具の緊締もしくは弛緩で簡易に
行い得て作業者にあつては好都合であり、しかも
溝切作業中、溝切板が妄りに揺動もしくは変位す
ることもないので、確実な溝切作業を行い得ると
共に、構造そのものも簡単であるから、竪牢・安
価に製作可能である等の実益を有するものであ
る。
