接続するのに用いられる圧着端子群保持用帯状部
材に関するものである。

が可能となり、圧着端子を圧着機へ供給するため
の手段として極めて有効であるが、次のような問
題の生ずることが判るに至つた。

〈考案が解決しようとする問題点〉 即ち、前記の従来手段によれば、第9図に示す

周方向に傾斜移動し易く、そのため圧着端子の連
結部A2が帯状部材に対して平行姿勢でかつ筒状
部分A1の接合部A3が真下となる正しい挿入姿
勢にならない場合が生ずる。このようになると圧
着ダイスによる圧着時において端子の筒状部分A
1が右または左方向に傾斜して不規則に変形した
状態で圧着されることとなる。圧着端子と電線と
の接続結合は電気抵抗が極めて低い値となるよう
に確実に接続しておかなければ、発熱の原因とな
りまわりの機器に損傷を与え、また通電不良によ
る故障の原因にもなりかねない。他方、また商品
としての信頼性が著しく低下することとなる。

して構成された圧着端子群保持用帯状部材におい
て、前記筒部1…の肉薄部1aに対向する側の実
質的に直線状もしくは一対の脚からなる下面を帯
状部材の長さ方向に沿つて平行な安定維持用受部
1bに形成したものである。

1,B2間に順次間欠的に送り込み、第2図に示
すように電線Cの裸端部C1を端子Aの筒状部分
A1内に挿入したのち、圧着ダイスB1,B2に
よつて加圧し、電線Cを端子Aに圧着接続する。

実施例構造の筒部1を利用して示したが、開口部
4を形成するのは、第4図乃至第6図に例示した
各実施例構造のものについて実施してもよいこと
は言うまでもない。第3〜5図に示した2a,2
aは連結板2の厚肉部を示し、端子Aの筒状部分
A1の圧着作用時に圧着ダイスB1,B2の雌型
B1の両側に形成した下方への突出部によつて、
圧着直前に下方に向けて押圧され薄肉部1aを切
断するのに確実に行ない易いために形成したもの

することができ、かつ、均質の適正加圧をするこ
とができるので、均質な電線接続端子を安心して
得ることができるに至つたのである。
