6を成形し、次いてこの素材管6を第3図dに示す如く
所要の大幅を備えたリング7に切断し、然る後このリン
グ7の爪部8を除いた自余の上縁部7aを所要量切削し
て、第3図eに示す如く所定形状の爪座9を得る方法が
ある。(先行技術文献として特開昭56−54802号

は高さ1..1mmに順次切断して第1図dに示す如く
爪部12付リング13となし、然る後この爪部12付リ
ング13の爪部12を除いた自余の上縁部を所要量、本
例では高さ0.3mm切削して第1図eに示す如くリン
グ13の上縁の対称位置に爪座14を得た。
