(従来の技術)

lの両側縁合致線4の部分をろう付けし、次に平面楕円
状でその両側端に爪座成形部を有する線引き板2の型孔
2b、2bt・・・・・・(第3図a参照)に通して第
3図Cに示す如く両側部に爪棒5を一体に有する素材管
6を成形し、次いてこの素材管6を第3図dに示す如く
所要の大幅を備えたリング7に切断し、然る後このリン
グ7の爪部8を除いた自余の上縁部7aを所要量切削し
て、第3図eに示す如く所定形状の爪座9を得る方法が
ある。(先行技術文献として特開昭56−54802号
公報がある。)
(発明が解決しようとする課題)
ところで、上記の爪座の製造法は、パイプ材3に変形し
た金属板lの両側縁合致線4の部分のろう付けか、金属
板lの板厚が薄い為、厄介であり、強度も不十分である
。またろう付は線が直線にならないものである。その上
、最終的にリング7に爪座9を作った後で、リング7を
研摩して光沢を出すと、ろう付は跡が表れてきて装飾的

高さ(突出長さ)0.5mmの爪部12を形成し、次い
でこの爪部12付有底円筒体11を所要の大幅、本例で
は高さ1..1mmに順次切断して第1図dに示す如く
爪部12付リング13となし、然る後この爪部12付リ
ング13の爪部12を除いた自余の上縁部を所要量、本
例では高さ0.3mm切削して第1図eに示す如くリン
