There was a problem. As this rust progresses, in the worst case scenario, the balance weight may come off the tire wheel, which is particularly dangerous when the balance weight comes off the tire wheel while the car is running.

We have obtained new knowledge that the main cause of rust is that rust occurs on the clip side at the contact boundary between different metals due to the corrosion potential difference between different metals, and the rust is accelerated.

To do this, first, the clip 2 is press-worked, and then galvanized and chromated. Next, the clip 2 and the weight body 1 are integrated by inserting the clip 2 into a mold and casting the weight body l from a lead alloy. Then, on the entire surface including the vicinity of the contact boundary between the weight body l and the clip 2 that are integrally fixed in this way,
The following first substance 7 and second substance 8 are used as the anti-rust coating 6.

等の種々の効果を有するのもである。(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail with respect to the embodiments, the balance weight member of the present invention has a dissimilar metal on the entire surface including the vicinity of the contact boundary between the lead weight body and the spring steel clip. Since it is coated with a rust-proofing coating to prevent contact corrosion, it reliably prevents the intrusion of conductive molecules such as water, even when used in high temperature and humid places, and due to water droplets such as rainwater when driving a car, and the weight body and It is possible to prevent local battery action due to the difference in corrosion potential between dissimilar metals near the contact boundary of the joint portion with the clip. Furthermore, as a rust-preventive coating for preventing contact corrosion between dissimilar metals, the first substance is coated with a paint that has good adhesion to lead and lead alloys, so it will not peel off easily even when subjected to mechanical external forces such as vibrations and shocks. By applying the third substance, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the first substance and improve durability, and furthermore, by applying the second substance, external mechanical forces can be further buffered between the first substance and the third substance. This makes it possible to improve the durability of the balance weight, thereby extending the life of the balance weight.Furthermore, since the manufacturing process is simple, it is possible to provide a balance weight at a low cost. It also has various effects.
