The present inventor filed a utility model registration application (Utility Model Application No. 157739, 1982) for the idea of ``earth wall foundation material'' as a wall foundation material to replace bamboo material in October 1988.
The previous application was made of a metal plate with a large number of protruding protrusions on the metal plate, through-holes for connecting and solidifying the front and back earth walls, and protrusions for holding the earth walls. It was a wall base material.

By the way, when constructing using only one wall base material of the previous application, since the size of the wall to be constructed varies, it is necessary to cut the base material to match the shape of the wall. It becomes necessary to join the pieces together, which also takes a considerable amount of time and effort.

As shown in this figure, the base materials A and B have a large number of through holes 1 and projections 2, and are provided with reinforcing portions 3 as necessary. There is a through hole 1 on the right side of this base material A, that is, the part that overlaps with base material B.
However, the protrusion 2 is not provided. Further, on the right side of this base material A, a connecting claw 4 is provided in a protruding manner by cutting up. On the other hand, on the left side of the base material B, a slit 5 is bored into which the connecting claw 4 is inserted and slid.

Then, as shown in the figure, the base materials A and B are partially overlapped, and the connecting claw 4 is protruded from the slit 5, and while sliding the whole thing, firmly fit the base materials A and B between the left and right columns a and a'. After making sure that the two parts fit together, the connecting claws 4 are bent and the two parts are fixedly connected and assembled.

Both of the base materials A and B have no protrusions 2 and only through holes 1 on their upper sides. The reason for this is to allow the base materials C and D to slide within this range, as will be described later.

As shown in this figure, a large number of through holes 1 and protrusions 2 are provided in base materials C and D, and on the right side of base material C, there are no protrusions 2 and only through holes 1, as with base material A. Furthermore, connecting claws 4 are provided at appropriate intervals. On the other hand, a slit 5 corresponding to the connecting claw 4 is bored on the left side of the base material D. Note that this base material D is provided with through holes 1 and protrusions 2 on the entire surface.

After connecting the base materials A and B mentioned above, this base material C
Bring it to the upper left side as shown in Figure 1, overlap the lower part of it with base material A, and adjust so that the top and bottom surfaces fit tightly together, then insert base material C through the board (see d in Figure 1). It is fixed by nailing it on.

Next, as shown in Figure 1, place the base material D so that the left side overlaps the base material C and the lower part overlaps the base material B, and insert the connecting claw 4 into the slit 5 and slide it until the entire frame is tightly covered. After it is covered with base materials A to D, the connecting claws 4 are bent and nailed to the through plate d to be fixed, thereby completing the entire assembly.

As mentioned above, both base materials A and B do not have protrusions 2 on their upper sides, so they can be stacked on base materials C and D, and their heights can be freely adjusted up and down within the range of the spacing without these protrusions 2. It can be adjusted. On the other hand, the left and right widths can be freely adjusted within the length of the slit 5.

Although the protrusions 2 in the base material of the present invention are not shown in the drawings, rather than having all of them protrude on one side, for example, the front side, it is better to make them protrude on the other side (back side) at an appropriate ratio. is preferable, as this improves the retention of the wall material.

In other words, the vertical height change can be accommodated in most cases by the above-mentioned overlapping width, but there may be cases where the above-mentioned regulated four types of base materials are not sufficient for the horizontal distance, and such In this case, it is sufficient to install a special base material (not shown) in the middle, one on top and one on the bottom, for a total of six base materials.

In this case, the special base material placed in the middle has one for the lower part and one for the upper part, and the one for the lower part has a slit on the left side of the base material A, and the one for the upper part has a slit on the left side of the base material C. It has become a common thing.

It goes without saying that there are only a few cases where construction is performed using these 6 pieces of base material, so the above special base materials may be produced in smaller quantities than the basic base materials A to D. It is something.

Furthermore, in the case of a wall with a very large width, this special base material can be applied by adding it one after another to make it continuous, and there is no need to increase the number of types.

C. Effects of the invention The invention is as described above. It combines four types of base materials and adjusts the left and right width and top and bottom height in a sliding manner, depending on the area where the wall is to be constructed. It can be assembled to accommodate large walls by combining 6 types of base materials as needed. If you prepare a large number of 4 or 6 types of base materials through mass production, you can create a wall of any size. It is possible to quickly adjust and assemble a base material made of metal plates with sufficient strength, which greatly increases construction efficiency, completely changing the low efficiency of conventional wall construction and having a tremendous effect on the construction industry. It is something to have.
