Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title threads which are free from twist, have uniform appearance, light weight and good touch with excellent luster, by cutting a specifically colored laminated film of a synthetic resin and orienting the resultant flat foil strings under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:First, a couple of synthetic resin films of 2 to 12mum thickness of which at least one is colored are laminated so that their tensions are different. The resultant laminated product is slit into strings of 1 to 6mm width. Then, the string foil is oriented more than 10% to give the subject threads free from twist with U-shaped cross section. The coloration of the synthetic film is conducted by metallization by vacuum deposition or by coating the film with a pigment such as titanium oxide.

Conventional technology As gold and silver threads, flat foil threads and twisted gold and silver threads produced by winding them around core threads have been known. When used for thin clothes, etc., twisted gold and silver threads are generally used, which are flat foil threads obtained by cutting metal-deposited polyester films into thin pieces and wrapped around core threads made of chemical fibers.
Generally commercially available twisted gold and silver thread (120-150 d for the core thread)
fibers) are not suitable for weaving into thin fabrics.

Therefore, attempts have been made to use 40 to 50 d fibers as the core yarn, but in order to tightly wrap the flat foil yarn around the 40 to 50 d core yarn, it is easier to wrap the flat foil yarn around the 120 to 150 d core yarn. It is also necessary to use thin flat foil thread. For example 120~
In the case of a 150 d core yarn, a flat foil yarn with a width of 0.43 to 0.46 mm may be used, but in the case of a 40 to 50 d (7) core yarn, a 0.43 to 0.46 mm width can be used. 2 7 ~0. A flat foil thread with a width of 3 cm is required, and it is difficult to obtain such a thin flat foil thread. In addition, in this case, the twist is over 2200 times/m, so high temperature treatment, or heat setting, is required to correct the crimp. It's difficult. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention aims to provide a gold and silver thread that can be easily produced without using a core thread, has no burn marks, has a uniform appearance, and has a good texture, and a method for producing the same. This is a topic. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides that when a laminate of Hewei resin films is stretched,... They realized that the laminate would warp due to the difference in elongation between the films, and it was successfully developed. That is, the gold and silver thread of the present invention is a seamless gold and silver thread with a substantially U-shaped cross section, which is formed by drawing a flat foil thread made of a laminate of composite TC resin films. This gold and silver thread is made of a synthetic resin film 2l1 with a thickness of 2 to 12 μI and colored on at least one side. It can be manufactured by laminating these with different tensions, cutting them into widths of 1 to 61, and drawing the obtained flat foil yarn by at least 10%. The Hewei resin films to be laminated may be of the same type or different types, and the thickness is not particularly limited.
Two layers are laminated with intentionally different tensions. Note that at least one layer of the Hewei resin film may be colored by forming a gold rX thin film or a pigment coating film of titanium oxide or the like. In the present invention, the flat foil yarn is warped by drawing, and the cross section is substantially formed into a U-shape. However, depending on the degree of drawing, the state of the warp of the U-shaped cross section changes, and depending on the degree of warping, Due to the power beating, changes in the shape of the thread subtly affect its shine. For example, the relationship between elongation and warpage is as shown in the drawing. When the stretching is about 10 to 30%, the opening becomes thick and the sides of the flat foil yarn are exposed, but both of these become rounded by beating with a reed during weaving, and the 4
As with the case of stretching 0% or more, it exhibits a uniform appearance similar to that of a conventional round twisted thread. Naturally, there are no twists at all, and since there is no core thread, the weave is light and the texture is good. In addition, it is easy to manufacture thin threads. Example: A transparent film B, which is a polyester film with a thickness of 4 μm, was added to a colored film A, which was made by vacuum-depositing silver on a polyester film with a thickness of 4 μm, by 10% of the color of the colored film A. Laminated with a certain amount of tension,
This laminate was cut into a 1.5-s width, and the resulting yarn was continuously wound around a bobbin. Set the winding speed of this bobbin to 20% of the thread cutting speed.
By setting the yarn speed to a certain degree, the thread wound on the bobbin is deformed and drawn to have a substantially U-shaped cross section, and becomes a very beautiful silver wire-like shape with no twists. Silver thread was obtained. Fabrics using this thread for the warp and weft have a light weight, very good texture, and excellent metallic luster because there is no core thread. Furthermore, when weaving, when gold and silver threads are used for the warp threads, conventional products have twists and lack shine, but the product invented by Honmyo is wire-like without twists, so it is extremely beautiful. It has an excellent shine. Effects of the Invention The gold and silver threads of the present invention have a uniform wire-like appearance without twists, and since there is no core yarn, they are lightweight and have a good texture, and can be used widely as a material for clothing. In addition, this gold and silver thread can be manufactured through a simple process of stretching flat foil thread made of a synthetic resin film laminate.
It is also possible to manufacture ultra-fine gold and silver threads, and it can be efficiently applied to the manufacture of many types of gold and silver threads with small lofts. In addition, the fabric woven using the gold and silver thread of the present invention can be dyed in the same way as ordinary thread without crimping during the dyeing process because the gold and silver thread has no burn marks.
