(Background of the idea) For example, when spraying water or a chemical solution from the nozzle body onto a tree that is taller than you or a potted plant located in a high position, you should direct the discharge port downward. Needs to be sprayed. In order to create a nozzle body that enables downward spraying of water, chemical liquid, etc. at a high position, the nozzle body is divided into a tip and a rear end, and the tip and rear ends are connected via a rotatable pipe joint. There are some that are connected to each other so that the tip can be bent downward. However, such a nozzle body must be rotatably connected to the front end and the rear end via a pipe joint while ensuring a sufficient water passage area, and also requires a means to prevent water leakage, such as an O-ring. The structure of the connecting part is complicated, and the O-ring deteriorates during long-term use, and the joint part becomes loose, resulting in water leakage.

(Purpose of the invention) Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a nozzle body that can spray water, chemicals, etc. downward at a high position with a simple configuration. To this end, the present invention consists of a nozzle body that includes a nozzle part and a grip part that rotatably supports the nozzle part and performs spraying work by holding the nozzle part. A water supply tube directly connected to a liquid supply section such as water or a chemical solution is passed through the grip section and its tip is connected to the nozzle section, and at least the nozzle section and the grip section of the tube are rotated. The portion corresponding to the flexible connecting portion is made of a flexible soft material. With this configuration, the nozzle part can be rotated to freely adjust the spray angle of water, chemical liquid, etc., making it easy to perform downward spraying at high positions, and making it possible to avoid complicated joints and O. This eliminates the need for water-stopping means such as rings.

The grip portion 3b is a hollow tubular body, and the grip portion 3b is a hollow tubular body.
A flexible, flexible water supply tube 23 such as a vinyl tube is inserted into the tube b. The grip part 3b is used to hold the grip part 3b and spray water, chemical solution, etc., and its length is arbitrarily determined.
The tube 23 passes through the grip portion 3, and its distal end is connected to the connecting tube 22f, and in this state, the bent portion of the tube 23 is covered and protected by the connecting portions 2f and 3a. In addition, the rear end can be connected without passing through a joint or other tube on the way.
It is directly connected to the electric sprayer body (described later). Fifth
As shown in the figure, a large number of protrusions 24 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 3b along its length, and the outer surface of the tube 23 lightly slides on the upper surface of the protrusions 24. . The protrusion 24 is connected to the tube 2
The sliding contact area between the outer surface of the tube 23 and the inner peripheral surface of the grip part 3b is made small so that the tube 23 can easily slide inside the grip part 3b when bending the nozzle part 2 as described later. It is something that Next, the refracting means of the nozzle section 2 will be explained with reference to FIG.

When spraying water or a chemical solution downward, the nozzle portion 2 is rotated clockwise around the pins 18, 18 to deflect the water or the chemical solution downward, thereby adjusting the jetting angle of the water or the chemical solution. Then, the protrusion P of the connecting part between the inclined surface d and the inclined surface c
However, the upper plate 32a comes into strong sliding contact with the inner wall surface of the upper plate 32a.
The upper plate 32a rotates while slightly elastically bending the upper plate 32a (see b in the same figure), and then the inclined surface c
It comes into contact with the inner wall surface (see the chain line in the same figure). At the same time, the protrusions 20, 20 are fitted into the fitting grooves c', c' of the next stage. In this state, the nozzle portion 2 is slightly bent downward (see the chain line in FIG. 2), and the tube 23 is also slightly bent. That is, the upper plate 32a and each of the inclined surfaces a, a to d, and d serve as adjustment means for holding the nozzle portion 2 at a predetermined angle. If such adjustment means are provided, the inside of the bendable tube 23 can be adjusted. Even if the tube 23 tries to return to its straight state due to the flow velocity energy of the rapidly flowing water or chemical solution, the inclined surfaces a, a to d, and d on both the left and right sides will firmly abut against the inner wall surface of the upper plate 32a. Because I have
The nozzle portion 2 maintains the bent state to prevent this. Note that the protrusions 20, 20 of the protrusions 19, 19 and the fitting grooves a' to d' into which they are fitted also have a slight moderation effect, and a clicking sound is generated, increasing the moderation display effect. . Furthermore, when the nozzle portion 2 is bent as described above, the tube 23 is bent while being slightly pulled toward the nozzle portion 2, but as described above, the tube 23 has a small sliding contact area within the grip portion 3b. Since it is inserted in a straight line, it can be slid toward the nozzle part 2 side without any difficulty. Nozzle part 2
If it is desired to further increase the refraction angle, the nozzle portion 2 may be further rotated clockwise (see c in the figure). Even if the bending angle of the nozzle portion 2 is increased in this manner, the tube 23 does not bend significantly, and can escape in a direction that reduces the curvature due to the above-mentioned open portions 16 and 25. i.e. tube 2
3, if the bent part deforms into a flat shape, the water flow area becomes smaller and the amount of spray decreases.
In addition, since the internal pressure on the delivery side increases and a high load is applied to the pump, it is important to prevent this, and for that purpose, it is necessary to allow the tube 23 to bend freely. The lower part of the opening part 16, 25 as a relief part as mentioned above.
Therefore, the tube 23 will not be unnecessarily deformed. In this embodiment, the angle of the nozzle part 2 can be adjusted in four stages using the inclined surfaces a, a to d, and d, but the angle can be adjusted in any number of stages as long as it is two or more stages. . Note that the upper end surfaces 26 and 27 of the connecting portions 2e and 3a are connected to the nozzle portion 2.
The beveled tapered surface is designed to prevent fingertips from getting caught or foreign objects from getting caught during the bending operation.

FIG. 9a shows another water supply tube in place of the tube 23, in which reference numeral 42 is a tube made of a rigid material, and only the portion corresponding to the rotatable connection portion has a bellows-like bent portion 421. It is curved and can be bent freely as shown by the broken line. FIG. 4b shows still another embodiment, in which the present water supply tube 43 has a flexible tube 431 similar to the tube 23 described above,
A rigid tube 432 is attached except for the portion corresponding to the rotatable connecting portion. As described above, there are various possible water supply tubes according to the present invention, but the key point is that at least the portion corresponding to the rotatable connecting portion between the nozzle portion and the grip portion is bendable, and the rear end portion of the tube is bent midway. Any device that can be connected directly to a liquid supply section such as an electric sprayer main body without using a joint or other tube, thereby eliminating the need for a joint means, a water stop means, etc., may be used. Although the above embodiment has been explained using the case where it is applied to the electric sprayer 30, the nozzle body 1 according to the present invention has the following features:
It can also be applied to manual sprayers and water sprinklers that are directly connected to a water faucet.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, the nozzle body 1 according to the invention
consists of a nozzle part 2 and a grip part 3 that rotatably supports the nozzle part 2, the rear end is directly connected to the liquid supply part 30, and the tip part is connected to the nozzle part 2. The tube 23 is passed through the inside of the grip portion 3, and at least the portion of the tube 23 corresponding to the rotatable connecting portion between the nozzle portion 2 and the grip portion 3 is made of a flexible soft material. , the nozzle part 2 can be easily bent to hold the grip part 3, which not only improves the operability of downward spraying of water or chemical solution at a high position, but also
The grip portion 3 also has the effect of protecting the tube. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a joint means or a water stop means for the tube 23 in the middle of the water supply tube 23, the structure is extremely simple, and there are various effects such as there is no risk of water leakage. .
