(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, since the inner wall panel made of synthetic resin material generates harmful gas when burned, there is a risk of secondary disasters due to gas poisoning in the event of a fire. In addition, interior wall panels made of mineral fiber insulation material tend to absorb moisture easily and are difficult to release moisture, so in practice, an effective insulation effect cannot be expected. There was a problem in that it led to decay and shortened the useful life of the building.

Furthermore, since the panel described in JP-A No. 48-12541 requires a sealed box-like body, it is heavy and the manufacturing cost is high, and as a heat-insulating panel for use in buildings, it is difficult to construct it. It was inappropriate.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The heat insulation panel for buildings according to the present invention is constructed by framing channel steel having a U-shaped cross section into a rectangular shape so that the groove is on the inside, so that a fitting groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface. and an aluminum foil laminate formed by laminating a plurality of sheets of corrugated aluminum foil so that their corrugated pitch directions alternately intersect, and the periphery of this aluminum foil laminate is attached to the frame. It is fitted in a fitting groove in a sealed state.

(Function) Since the aluminum foil laminate is mounted within a frame made of channel steel, it is easy to attach to the inner wall panel frame of a building, etc., and has high strength. In the aluminum foil laminate, a heat insulating air layer is formed between adjacent corrugated aluminum foils, and the air in these heat insulating air layers is difficult to flow, thereby exhibiting a high heat insulating effect.

The frame body 9 is formed by a rectangular frame of channel steel 9a having a U-shaped cross section, and has a fitting groove 11 for fitting the aluminum foil laminate 10 on the inside thereof. The shape and dimensions of the frame body 9 are the same as those of the inner wall panel 2.
In other words, it is set corresponding to the shape and dimensions of the inner wall panel frame 3, and in the illustrated example, the length l is set corresponding to the shape and dimensions of the inner wall panel frame 3.
The width W is set equal to the inner width W of the inner wall panel frame 3, and the width w is set to 4/1 of the inner height H of the inner wall panel frame 3.

The aluminum foil laminate 10 is formed by laminating a plurality of aluminum foils 12, and in the illustrated example, it has a multilayer structure consisting of a large number of aluminum foils 12. The thickness of the aluminum foil 12 is
It is said to be about 20μ and is formed in a wave shape. As shown in FIG. 1, the corrugated aluminum foils 12 are laminated so that the directions of their corrugated pitches P alternately intersect with each other. That is, the waveform pitch directions A and C of the corrugated aluminum foils 12 and 12 on both the upper and lower sides are parallel to each other, and the waveform pitch direction B of the corrugated aluminum foil 12 sandwiched in the center is parallel to the waveform pitch directions A and C. They are arranged orthogonally. As a result, the corrugated aluminum foil 12
...A heat insulating air layer 13, 13 is formed between them. When the aluminum foil laminate 10 is fitted into the fitting groove 11 of the frame 9, the heat insulating air layer 13 has its peripheral edge closed and is sealed. Note that the waveform pitch P, waveform height h, etc. of the corrugated aluminum foil 12 are set in consideration of the shape and dimensions of the frame 9, the number of layers of the corrugated aluminum foil 12, etc.

Next, a wall structure shown in FIG. 3 using the above-mentioned inner wall panel 2 will be explained. In the wall structure, outer wall panels 15 are stretched on the outside of the framework 14, inner wall panels 2 are stretched on the inside, and a gypsum board 16 is stretched on the inner side. The inner wall panel 2 and the outer wall panel 15 are connected with washers 19 and 19 by bolts 17 and nuts 18 with the framework 14 in between.
They are fixed together by tightening them together. Washer 1
9 and 19 are mounting steps 8 of the inner wall panel 2, respectively.
and is hung on the mounting portion 15a of the outer wall panel 15. Reference numeral 20 indicates a bolt that connects the adjacent shaft assemblies 14, 14, 21 a fastening nut, and 22 a space created between the inner wall panel 2 and the outer wall panel 15.
