Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the kneading of resin, prevent the occurrence of surging failure to an extruded product and reduce frequency in the renewal of plating treatment by a method wherein the title holder consists of a main body formed into a cylindrical shape and a spider torpedo disposed in the main body, and a resin flow passage is formed into a ring shape in section. CONSTITUTION:A confluent holder 1 consists of a cylindrical body 10, which is divided into two in an axial direction, a spider torpedo 12 disposed in the body 10, and mounting bases 11, 11 joined to both the ends of the body 10. When a molten resin supplied from an extruder 31 is sent to a crosshead die 32 side through a resin flow passage formed into a ring shape in section, the molten resin is made thin in the wall thickness between its outer circumferential side and its inner circumferential side, and heat is transferred from the spider torpedo 12 to the molten resin, so that heat is held uniformly at every portion of the molten resin. Accordingly, the kneading of the resin and a temperature at every portion of the resin are stabilized, and the resin flows in a well- balanced state; therefore, the occurrence of surging failure to an extruded product is obviated. Furthermore, since the less amount of corrosive gas is generated, frequency in plating treatment can be reduced.

When forming a rain gutter or the like by coating a core material made of a steel plate with a synthetic resin, as shown in FIG. A crosshead die 32 to which synthetic resin is supplied from an extruder 31 is installed, and the crosshead die 32 performs coating molding with the synthetic resin. In the figure, 35 is a printing/printing machine, 36 is a take-up machine, 37 is a cutting machine, 38 is a kicking machine, and 39 is a material supply pipe. When the crosshead die 32 cannot be directly connected to the extruder 31, such as when the extruder 31 is arranged parallel to the shoe plate 30, the two are connected by the confluence holder 1. Conventionally, this merging holder 1 is attached to both ends of a hollow pipe 20 on a base 21, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
.. 21 are connected, and the extrusion 1!
The molten resin supplied from 131 is transferred to this confluence holder 1.
It is sent to the crosshead die 32 via the inside. Note that the pipe 20 is normally equipped with a heater.

In this case, since the inner diameter of the pipe 20 is large, the temperature of the molten resin passing through it may be different between the outer circumference and the center, resulting in poor resin kneading and a sticky state. Moreover, due to changes in the flow balance, waving defects frequently occur in molded products. Furthermore, when the molten resin is vinyl chloride resin, corrosion is severe due to chlorine gas generated within the confluence holder 1, and the plating on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 20 etc. must be frequently renewed. The present invention has been developed in view of these points, and its purpose is to obtain efficient flow of molten resin, stabilize resin cross-wires, and prevent waving defects in molded products. It is an object of the present invention to provide a confluence holder for an extrusion molding machine that can reduce the frequency of unrecoverable parts.

The present invention is characterized in that it consists of a cylindrical main body and a spider torpedo installed within the main body, and that the resin flow path is formed in a ring-shaped cross section. [Function] According to the present invention, the molten resin is thin and flows at a high flow rate, so that crosstalk of the resin is stabilized and the flow balance of the resin is good. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated example below.
As shown in the figures and FIG.
and spider torpedo 1 arranged inside this main body 10
2, and the mounting connected at both ends is formed as consisting of a base 11.11. The spider torpedo 12 consists of a shaft part 13 having conical ends, a disc part 14 supported between the main bodies 10 and 10, and a plurality of radially arranged fins connecting the two parts 13 and 14. 15, the shaft part 13 is installed coaxially with the main body 10, and the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 13 and the main body 1
A resin flow path having a ring-shaped cross section is formed between the inner circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the resin channel. Further, a heater is appropriately attached to the outer peripheral surface of the main body 10. In this merging holder l, the molten resin supplied from the extruder 1!31 is sent out to the cross section to the RAD die 32 side through the resin flow channel having a ring-shaped cross section. Because the thickness between the resin and the spider torpedo 12 is thin, and because the heat is transferred from the spider torpedo 12, the heat is maintained uniformly in each part, and a good flow balance is maintained and the resin Since the wire cross-talk is stabilized, and since the fins 15 of the spider torpedo 12 are twisted, there is no possibility of resin cross-wires being promoted and becoming sticky.
Due to the presence of a resistor called the spider torpedo 12, the flow rate of the molten resin is increased, and even if the resin is vinyl chloride resin, the amount of corrosive chloride gas generated is small. 10 and the surface of the spider torpedo 12 is less frequently plated. Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the molten resin is thin and flows inside at a high flow rate, so that the crosstalk of the resin and the temperature of the resin in each part are stabilized, and the resin The flow balance is good, which prevents undulating defects from forming in the molded product, and the amount of corrosive gas generated is also reduced, so the frequency of plating can be reduced6.
