の外周に雄ねじを刻設した導水技管が突出形成さ
れ、前記導水技管には、一端をケーシング内方に
連通し、他端を水平側方に開口する導水路が形成
され、蓋体の栓体の内周には導水技管の雄ねじに
螺合する雌ねじが刻設され、前記栓体の螺合締込
みにより、前記導水路の開口を閉塞してなること
を特徴とする。
