スリツトを形成した第１フイルタ部材と、各スリ
ツトに嵌挿された複数の板状突部を備えており、
各板状突部の先端部が第１フイルタ部材の上流側
面たる固体捕集面から突出する目詰まり解除作用
位置と突出しないフイルタ作用位置とに亘つて進
退動作される第２フイルタ部材とを具備して、固
液混合流体の液分のみが各スリツトと板状突部と
の微小間隙を通過せしめられるように構成したこ
