Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the fitting of a runner to a door body by boring a lateral hole and a vertical hole in the upper part of the door body for communication, and inserting a fitting member provided with a female screw part into the lateral hole as well as inserting a screw rod hung from the runner into the vertical hole, thereby fitting both screwingly. なかった。 本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したちので
あって、その目的とするところは、ランナーの取り付け
が簡単で、しかも、ランナーによる吊り下げが安定して
でき、ランナーの扉体からの突出長さの調整が簡単にで
きる扉体へのランナーの取り付け構造を提供するにある
。 1課題を解決するための手段] 本発明の扉体へのランナーの取り付け構造は、扉体1の
上部に形成した横孔部2に横向きはめ込み部材3をはめ
込み、扉体1の上面部から横孔部2に連通するように形
成した縦孔部4にランナー5から垂下したねじ棒6を挿
入すると共にねじ棒6のねじ部7を横向きはめ込み部材
3の雌ねじ部8に螺合して成ることを特徴とするもので
あって、この上うな構威を採用することで上記した従来
例の問題点を解決して本発明の目的を達成したものであ
る。 [作用] しかして、ランナー5の取り付けに当たっては、横孔部
2に横向きはめ込み部材3をはめ込み、ランナー5から
垂下したねじ棒6を縦孔部4に上方から挿入してねじ棒
6のねじ部7を横向きはめ込み部材3に設けた雌ねじ部
8に螺合することにより取り付けるものである。そして
、ねじ部7の雌ねじ部8への螺合状態を調整することで
ランナー5の扉体1の上端からの突出長さを調整するも
のである。扉体1をランナー5により上レール9に吊り
下げた場合、扉体1の荷重はすべて横孔s2の内壁から
横向きはめ込み部材3を通じてランナー5に伝達される
ことになり、安定した吊り下げ支持ができるようになっ
た。 【実施例】 以下本発明を添付図面に示す実施例に基づいて詳述する
。 扉体1は例えば2つ折り扉体であり、2枚のパネル体1
aをヒンジ部10を介して折り畳み自在に連結して構成
しである。扉体1を構威する2枚のパネル体1aのヒン
ジ部10と反対側の端部の上部には上端より少し下がっ
た位置に横孔部2が設けである。この横孔部2は扉体1
の上部の側端面に開口するように形威してあってもよく
、あるいは、扉体1の上部の後面に開口するように形威
してもよく、あるいは扉体1の上部の前面に開口するよ
うに形威してもよいが、好ましくは側端面、または後面
に開口するようにして横孔部2が前方から見えないよう
にするのがよい、扉体1を構成するパネル体1aのヒン
ジ部10と反対側の端部の上面から下方に向けて縦孔部
4が形威してあり、この縦孔部4は下端部が横孔部2に
連通しているものである。横孔部2には横向きはめ込み
部材3がはめ込まれるものであり、横向きはめ込み部材
3には上下方向のねじ孔となった雌ねじ部8が設けであ
る。添付図面の実施例では合成樹脂製の横向きはめ込み
部材3に金属製の雌わじ筒をインサート成型で埋設して
雌ねじ部8を形威しである。 横向きはめ込み部材3の雌ねじ部8の上開口の外周には
〃イド筒はめ込み部11が形威しである。 また横向きはめ込み部材3の長手方向の端部には鍔部1
2が設けである。そして、この鍔部12は横孔部2に横
向きはめ込み部材3をはめ込んだ場合、鍔部12が横孔

開口縁に係止するものである。ランナー5はランナー本
体16に走行輪17を回転自在に取り付け、更に、ラン
ナー本体16からねじ梓6を回転自在に垂下して取り付
けて構威しである。ランナー5から垂下したねじ棒6は
縦孔部4内にはめ込んだ〃イド筒13内に挿入され、ね
じ棒6の下部のねじ部7を横向きはめ込み部材3の雌ね
じs8に螺合して取り付けられる。 このようにして扉体1にランナー5を取り付けるもので
ある。ランナー5の走行輪17は上レール9に走行自在
