Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heat insulation performance by connecting surface and back plates, composed of precast concrete in which a heat insulation material layer is interposed in the middle, with connecting fittings provided with passing through a heat insulation material. CONSTITUTION:A surface and a back plates 1 and 3, composed of a precast concrete plate in which mesh-like reinforcements 2 and 4 are buried, are formed, and a heat insulation material 5 is interposed in the middle. Connecting fittings 6 having a U-shaped cross section are provided to pass through the heat insulation material 5' and arranged so as to mutually form a square near to the panel middle. One end of each connecting fitting 6 is connected to the reinforcement 2 of the surface plate 1 via a metal plate folded piece 7, and also the other end is fixed to the back plate 3 via cotter reinforcements 9 inserted in holes 8. Moreover lifting screw pipes 10, fitting screw pipes 13, and a sealing material 15 are provided. This permits the reduction of the cross section area of a heat bridge part without using a metal frame body for panel connection.

Conventional technology It is known that by arranging a heat insulating layer on the surface side of an outer wall, the heat storage effect of the structure inside the heat insulating layer can increase the energy saving effect during heating and cooling or prevent dew condensation. . As a method of external heat insulation, there is a method in which the outer wall is constructed by interposing a heat insulating material between inner and outer concrete plates.

In this case, in order to make the whole panel into one piece, a frame is used to surround the outer periphery of the front plate made of precast concrete plate and the back plate made of precast concrete plate.
Both are integrated via this frame.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned conventional external wall panel having an external heat insulation structure, the front plate and the back plate are integrally connected by a metal frame, so this frame does not act as a heat bridge. Therefore, there was a drawback that the heat insulation effect was greatly reduced. This invention aims to eliminate such drawbacks.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, in this invention, a heat insulating material layer is interposed between a front plate made of precast concrete and a back plate made of precast concrete as well. A special feature characterized in that the front plate and the back plate are connected to each other by a connecting member provided through the heat insulating material layer. These connectors only need to occupy a small area when viewed from the entire panel.
Even if it becomes a heat bridge, it is far superior to the conventional one.

The threaded pipe (10) has a cross section U on both sides in the left and right direction.
Four character-shaped reinforcing bars (12) are embedded, two on the left and two on each side, to prevent the surrounding parts of the screw vibrator (10) from cracking due to the load during lifting. In addition, in the vicinity of each corner of the back plate <1>, there are threaded pipes (13) (13) for mounting exposed on the back side that are buried only in this back plate (1). In addition, the end of the back side of this screw nib (13) is an L-shaped reinforcing plate placed so as to cover the back surface from the bottom end surface on the lower end side of the back plate (1). (14) On the other hand, on the upper end surface side of the back plate (1), an L-shaped reinforcing plate is similarly arranged to cover the back surface from the upper end surface.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in this invention, the front plate made of precast concrete and the back plate made of precast concrete are connected together by a connector that penetrates the heat insulating material. Unlike the case where these are connected by a frame body, the cross-sectional area of the portion that becomes the heat bridge is small, and therefore an external wall panel with an external heat insulation structure with excellent heat insulation performance can be obtained.
