【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、車両用ガラスホルダのローラ構造に
関するものである。

従来、車両用ガラスホルダは、ガラス下端を支
持する支持具(ガラス下端にボルト締めして取付
けられたものやガラス下端を挾持するホルダがあ
る)と支持具に設けられ球体を有するピンとピン
の球体に枢着されたローラとからなるものであつ
た(実公昭56−3500号公報参照)。そして前記ロ
ーラには、第3図に示すように、ローラbのホル
ダ本体a側の側面に環状のキヤツプcが取付けら
れており、該キヤツプcは横断面S字状にして可
撓性を有する外側片dがドアサツシユeの内面に
摺接することによつてドアサツシユeに嵌め込ま
れたローラbのガタ付きを防止するものであつ
た。

不具合があつた(第3図ロ参照)。

ユに摺動自由に嵌合するローラのホルダ本体側の
側面とこの側面の反対側の側面との少なくとも一
方の側面に、前記ピンと同芯となる環状の凹溝を
設け、該凹溝に、可撓性材料からなり環状にして
横断面S字状のキヤツプを取付け、該キヤツプの
外側片が前記凹溝の外周側の突堤部に当接し、キ
ヤツプの内周部が凹溝の内周側の突堤部に当接
し、キヤツプの中間部がドアサツシユの内面に摺
接したことを特徴とするガラスホルダのローラ構
造である。

6とともにドアサツシユ7に嵌め込まれると、第
2図に示すように、キヤツプ6の外側片60が凹
溝5の外周側に位置する突堤部50に当接し、キ
ヤツプ6の内周部61が凹溝5の内周側の突堤部
51に当接し、キヤツプ6の中間部62がドアサ
ツシユ7のフランジ部70の裏面に摺接して、外
側片60のめくれやローラ4の外周面とドアサツ
シユ7との間への嵌入が防止され、キヤツプ6が
ドアサツシユ7のフランジ部70の裏面に摺接し
てガタ付きなくローラ4がドアサツシユ7内を摺
動するものである。
