These packaging containers have been widely used in the past, and in many cases, after storing perishable foods and other items inside, such packaging containers
By covering the exposed surface of the food product or other food item to the side wall of the container with a thin stretchable synthetic resin film made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, etc., the product can be displayed in a show case or the like.

があつた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, when packaging using such a packaging container, in order to ensure sufficient adhesion of the synthetic resin thin film to the side wall of the container, it is generally necessary to Before storing, for example, when 50 to 100 containers are stacked, adhesive can be sprayed onto the margin provided on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of each container, or the adhesive can be applied at once using a brush, roll, etc. By using a coating process, conventional packaging containers are
Because the container did not have a means to effectively prevent misalignment of a large number of stacked containers, due to the misalignment, no or almost no adhesive was applied to the adhesive margin on one or more sides of the container, or On the contrary, adhesive is often applied to excess areas, resulting in accidental peeling of the synthetic resin thin film,
There were problems such as adhesion of containers to each other after packaging, stickiness of the containers, and sometimes sticking of hands touching the containers. In addition, in this conventional packaging container, when stacked, the vertical margins are very close to each other all around the container, or
The upper margin will fit somewhat inside the lower margin, so the adhesive applied to the upper margin will remain in the contact area of both containers, or the adhesive applied to the upper margin will be stuck inside the lower margin. It flowed down into the narrow gap between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the adhesive portion of the lower container and solidified there, which often caused the two containers to be adhered to each other.
Once a container is glued in this way, special man-hours are required to peel it off, and if the glue is particularly strong on the edges of the container where the rigidity is low, However, there was a problem that the container would be damaged during the separation.

The surface is provided with a circumferentially continuous adhesive portion that is approximately perpendicular to the bottom wall, and the lower surface of this adhesive portion can be brought into contact with the upper edge of the container located below, and the adhesive portion is The width is reduced from the lower side of the container body at a portion of the container body excluding each corner, and the width is decreased downwardly from the lower side of the container body at a position below the adhesive portion and on the outer surface of at least each corner of the container body. A positioning protrusion is provided that fits into the container in which it is located and makes surface contact with the inner circumferential surface of the upper end thereof.

Can be applied properly.

By contacting each other, in conjunction with the positioning contact between the upper and lower containers, the adhesive applied to the respective adhesive areas is effectively prevented from infiltrating between the upper and lower containers. This will sufficiently prevent adhesion between the upper and lower containers.

の破損のおそれを十分に取除くことができる。 Furthermore, by reducing the width of the adhesive part of the container by shifting it toward the upper edge of the container except for each corner position, when stacking the containers, the width of the adhesive part of the upper and lower containers is reduced. By separating the side portions by a predetermined distance in the vertical direction, even if the adhesive applied to the upper margin portion flows down, the adhesive will not come into contact with the upper edge of the lower margin portion. Of course, under the action of the above-mentioned positioning protrusion, the upper container is positioned at a considerable distance from the inner circumferential surface of the lower container into which it is fitted toward the inside of the container. Since the adhesive flowing down can be solidified without contacting the inner circumferential surface of the lower container, there is no risk that the upper and lower containers will be bonded to each other at their side portions. Therefore, here:
It is possible to sufficiently eliminate the risk of damage to the container due to the upper and lower containers being adhered to each other.

This example shows side walls that are integral with the bottom wall 2 and diverge upwardly at an inclination angle of 20 to 70° relative to the bottom wall 2. In this case, in the container main body portion consisting of the bottom wall 2 and the side wall 3, a margin portion 4 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the side wall 3, which is substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 2.
are provided continuously in the circumferential direction. This adhesive margin 4 allows adhesive to be applied to the packaging container 1 when a large number of packaging containers 1 are stacked, for example, in order to improve the adhesion when adhering the elastic synthetic resin thin film to the packaging container 1. It works as expected.

is the amount of protrusion that allows the outer circumferential surface of the positioning protrusion 5a of the upper container 1a to just come into surface contact with the inner circumferential surface of the margin portion 4b of the lower container 1b when the containers are stacked as shown in FIG. It is molded so as to protrude to the outside of the side wall 3. In the illustrated example of FIG. 1, the positioning protrusion 5 is provided not only at the corner B but also on the short side of the rectangular contour to increase the rigidity of the container 1 and improve the strength of the container. ing.

Extend in the same plane as the surface or to a position inside the container. As shown in FIG. 3, this abutting portion 6 forms a considerable gap in the vertical direction between the outer peripheral surface of the margin portion of the upper container 1a and the inner peripheral surface of the margin portion of the lower container 1b. Alternatively, or in addition, the positioning protrusion 5
As a result of this action, the upper and lower container body portions are positioned with a sufficient distance in the inner and outer directions, thereby effectively adhering the two containers caused by the adhesive applied to the adhesive portion 4a flowing down. To prevent. This makes it possible to advantageously avoid deformation or breakage of the side portion A, which has particularly low rigidity, when separating the stacked packaging containers.

By making surface contact with the inner circumferential surface of the upper container, it is possible to effectively prevent the adhesive applied to the adhesive portion of the upper container from penetrating between the upper and lower containers, and to sufficiently prevent adhesion between the two. .

Separation is relatively easy and there is no risk of damage to the container.

In a state of surface contact, the upper edge of the lower container is brought into contact with the lower surface of the adhesive part of the upper container, and the width of the adhesive part is adjusted at the position of the side part.
By reducing the container body from the bottom side,
Not only can the containers be positioned well when stacked to ensure proper adhesive application, but also can effectively prevent stacked packaging containers from adhering to each other, and therefore prevent their separation from each other. This can be easily done without causing damage to the container or the like.
