従来の金属製ざるはステンレス製線材を編んで
ざる本体を形成し、このざる本体に金属或いはプ
ラスチツクの枠部材を取付け、さらにざる本体の
網底部には網底が載置面よりやや浮くように脚部
が形成されている。

に、かしめて網底部に筒状脚を垂設するようなも

てしまう。一方後者手段においては、ざる本体の
網底部と一体に下方への突起が形成されるため

ース等でアースした金属製ざる本体全面に吹付け

生じ、この結果ひび割れが生じ易くなるからであ
る。また、ざる本体の全面に塗膜を形成した場

は実開昭49−24644号公報の金属製ざるが知られ
るが、これは金網とは別部材の彎曲杆を取り付け
ることにより脚部を設けており、金網の底部の一
部を脚部として形成した突起に対し補強を行うも
のではなく、しかも脚部として彎曲杆を設けたた
め、彎曲杆を複雑な形状に成形しなければならず

電粉体塗膜16と連続する第4静電粉体塗膜17
を底部12の中央に設けて、突起13の一部と底

化するためのエポキシ樹脂などからなる静電粉体
塗膜を形成するように構成したことにより、金網
の一部を脚部として形成した突起は塗膜により補
強されて堅牢となるため、ざる本体及びざる本体
の収納物の重さにより突起がつぶれる虞れがなく
なり、又収納物が重い場合では塗膜に生じる応力
集中が分散されひび割れが生じにくく、さらに、
塗膜及びざる本体を形成する線材によつて複雑な
色を発揮することができる。
