Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heater device for clearly transmitting a ratio between a set temperature and a present temperature to an operator by a method wherein the set temperature illuminates one of light emitting segments and the present temperature continuously illuminates a base end of the light emitting segment thus substantially providing an analogue display. CONSTITUTION:A temperature display part 7 in an operating panel is composed of a plurality of light emitting segments 12 and 12, for example light emitting diodes. They are arranged in rod-like manner along one linear line. Each of the light emitting diode segments has its base end, where the lower-most location corresponds to a fermentation temperature and 22-points are arranged from 100 to 300 deg.C with an increment of 10 deg.C. A temperature setting key 9 is connected between terminals T0 and T1 and further connected to each of the light emitting segments 12 and 12 at the temperature displaying part 7 through data buses E0 to E22. One of the segments is illuminated or diminished to perform a displaying action. To the ports A/D is connected a thermistor of which voltage is divided by a temperature sensing part 14 for sensing a temperature within a heating chamber 4 or a temperature of a heated item 2, for example, resistors R1, R2 and R3. When the present temperature is to be displayed, a light is emitted continuously from its base end and then this is displayed in an analogue form.

[Problems to be solved by the present invention] Although the set temperature is easy to see with this conventional temperature display means, there is a drawback that the current temperature is difficult to see. was. Therefore, it is natural that the time required to reach the set temperature changes depending on the size and type of the heated object, but if it becomes necessary to slightly change the heating time accordingly, it is necessary to compare the set temperature and the current temperature. It is not clear, and it is difficult to judge at a glance even in abnormal situations such as when the current temperature does not rise relative to the set temperature or when it rises too much, and depending on the object to be heated, it may be dangerous.

Furthermore, in the temperature display s7, when the heat source 17 reaches an abnormality such as failure, the abnormal state can be more clearly displayed by flashing the light-emitting segment indicating the set temperature and the light-emitting segment indicating the current temperature alternately. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention uses the temperature display section to indicate the set temperature by blinking one of the light emitting segments, and to display the current temperature by displaying the light emitting segment in a simulated manner from its base end. Since the light is turned on continuously, the contrast between the set temperature and the current temperature becomes even clearer. In particular, when the temperature of the object to be heated rises slowly relative to the set temperature, or vice versa, the operator can easily confirm the situation.
