【考案の詳細な説明】
(A) 産業の利用分野
本案は工作機械フライス盤の円テーブル使用の

従来、自動制御でないフライス盤によつて金型
等でよくみられる直角六面体に円弧に係る加工を

取付けて、その上に加工センター或いは円弧ケガ
キ線を施した被削物をのせて、この円テーブル作
動とケガキ線が一致する位置に被削物を動かし取
付ける必要がある。この場合ケガキ線を目視で縦
横方向を円テーブル作動と一致さすにはなかなか

本案はこれらを解消する為に被削物の直角な面
が円テーブル上のどの位置に取付ければ加工ケガ
キ線と円テーブル作動とが一致するかの数値を出
し、その直角面をガイドする直角受定規を保持さ
せる為に切削工具と同様のシヤンク部を直角定規
に垂設することによつて、フライス盤主軸にミイ
リングチヤツクを介して取付け、それに被削物を
当付け位置定めしようとしたもので、被削物の円
弧を描く中心点から当付けようとする直角面まで
の数値をフライス主軸が円テーブル作動センター
からデジタル表示数値を使つて移行するようにし
て且つフライス盤テーブル作動と直角受定規が平
行になるように、フライス盤主軸に本案位置定め
用具をミイリングチヤツクによつて取付け主軸ブ
レーキ等で固定させ、円テーブル上で、この直角
受定規を位置定めしてこれに被削物の直角面を当
付け取付けることにより、円弧加工はデジタル表

本案位置定め用具を図面によつて説明すれば、
被削物の直角(90度)面を当付けるところの直角
受定規2,3面と、この直角の交線0の延長が上
部に垂設したミイリングチヤツクに把持されるシ
ヤンク部1の軸中心線となるように形成されたも
ので、4は平行棒で5面はダイヤルゲージによる
平行出し面、6はフライス盤テーブル溝等に当付
け平行出しする面である。7は締付ボルト、作用
図のbは被削物の直角面の交線、aは加工円弧セ
ンターであり円テーブルの作動センターに取付
