As is well known, medical institutions such as hospitals perform a variety of examinations, tests, and treatments because their main mission is to treat diseases and manage health, but syringes are used extremely frequently. Syringes play an extremely important role in making medical treatments more accurate and objective, as well as in health management, such as injecting liquid medicines and taking blood samples for testing. However,
Syringes play such an important role,
It is said that it is inconvenient for medical personnel such as doctors, nurses, and clinical laboratory technicians to use it, and that it also exposes them to great danger. For example, taking a blood test as an example, first compress the blood vessels of the patient/subject to dilate them, disinfect the area, puncture the needle of the syringe, draw blood into the barrel, and then insert it into the needle. Either cap the syringe and transport it to the laboratory and transfer it to a holding container (e.g., a test tube), or you can immediately remove the syringe needle and inject the collected blood from the nipple orifice at the end of the barrel. However, in both cases, the person in charge of the syringe accidentally pricks his or her own finger with the needle of the syringe, and this inadvertently causes a dangerous disease (HB virus hepatitis). There have been many reports of serious accidents resulting in people contracting syphilis, syphilis, and AIDS.The root cause of such problems is that the needle cap and needle of the syringe are not connected to the other hand ( This is due to the structure of conventional syringes, which requires the use of the left hand (usually the left hand) to remove the syringe, and it can be said that the biggest cause of many accidents that occur in connection with the above-mentioned blood sampling procedures is due to errors in hand and visual measurement.

The inventor of the present invention focused on the fact that conventional syringes have a structure that requires the use of both hands to remove the needle, and if the needle can be easily removed with one hand, the above-mentioned dangers and inconveniences can be eliminated. With this conviction, he decided to improve the syringe.

Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to prevent the above-mentioned infection accidents by providing a syringe with a safety needle removal mechanism that allows the syringe needle and its cap to be easily and reliably removed with one hand. , and also to eliminate inconvenience in use.

That is, the present invention provides a conventionally known syringe in which a needle 1 is press-fitted into a nipple orifice 21 of a syringe barrel 2 through a locking tip 11, and a slide ring 4 having a spring hook 41 on its front end surface. It is slidably fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the barrel 2 so as to be able to engage with the rear end surface 11a of the end flange of the locking tip 11, and when the slide ring 4 is slid forward toward the tip of the needle, the needle 1 is detached together with the locking tip 11 and the needle is removed. The above-mentioned technical problem was solved by adopting the safety needle removal mechanism means.

In the drawings, what is indicated by the reference numeral 1 is a needle. The proximal end of the needle 1 is fixed in communication with a locking tip 11.
The liquid flow between the needle and the barrel is made possible by being press-fitted to the nipple orifice of the syringe barrel, which will be described below, through the needle.

The reference numeral 4 designates a slide ring made of synthetic resin that is slidably fitted onto the circumferential surface of the barrel 2, and an elastic spring hook 41 is provided on the end face facing the needle to lock the end flange 11a of the locking tip and the needle. The size is such that it can come into contact with any of the end flanges 3a of the cap. In this embodiment, the slide ring 4 has a notched cylindrical shape (3/4 split type: Figs. 1 and 2).

What is shown in Figures and Figure 2 is the locking chip 1.
This is because the slide ring 4 can be set after the fact as soon as the needle 1 is attached without removing the needle 1.If the slide ring 4 is set when assembling the syringe, it is possible to use a cylindrical molded ring as shown in Fig. 3. It is also possible to use

The product of this example is generally constructed as described above, but
The present invention is by no means limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be modified in various ways within the scope of the claims for utility model registration, and in particular, the shape and material of the slide ring 4 and the barrel 2. Regarding the slip-fitting mechanism, the present inventor plans to appropriately select conventional and well-known techniques.

First, a tourniquet is attached to the arm of the subject (patient) to inflate the blood vessels and disinfect the area. Next, hold the syringe (Fig. 1) in your dominant arm and use your thumb to move the slide ring 4 in the direction of the needle cap 3 (as shown in Fig. 5).
direction). Then, the spring hook 4 in contact with the end flange 3a of the needle cap
1 causes the entire cap 3 to respond, and the cap suddenly falls out of the locking chip, as shown by the broken line in FIG. Then, when the slide ring 4 is slid in the opposite direction, the spring hook 41 abuts against the front surface of the end flange of the locking chip 11. However, since the spring hook 41 of the slide ring is elastic, it bends at the end flange and climbs over the end flange.

Therefore, a needle is punctured into the subject's blood vessel, which has been disinfected, and blood is drawn into the barrel 2 by suction. When blood collection is completed, as shown in Fig. 4, slide ring 4 is moved in the needle direction (〓
direction), the end tip 11a of the locking tip 11 is pushed by the spring hook 41 and separates from the nipple orifice 21, eventually falling out along with the needle 1 as shown by the broken line in FIG. Needle 1 is nipple orifice 2
1, the blood collected from that location can be transferred to a storage container, and there is no longer any risk of the needle 1 accidentally sticking into the finger of the person in charge of the test.

As explained above with reference to the embodiments, the syringe constructed by applying the present invention can be used to move the needle (as desired) by a very simple operation of pushing the slide ring forward with the thumb of the hand holding the syringe. Make sure to remove the needle cap (even the needle cap),
It can be placed in a designated location.

Therefore, unlike the use of conventional syringes, the use of the syringe of the present invention effectively prevents infections of body fluid-transmitted diseases that occur when testing body fluids such as blood and lymph fluid, and during treatments such as drug injections. In addition, the practical merits of this method are enormous, as it simplifies the task of removing the needle cap during emergencies and busy times, eliminating frustration.
