換接点を電源側に切換える切換接点駆動部と、 前記切換接点駆動部を制御し切換接点の電源側
への接続状態を保持する保持手段を有し、前記ウ
インドウ操作部の二段操作を検知して保持手段を
作動状態とし、所定の作動解除信号が入力される
まで操作側切換接点の電源側への接続状態を維持
