通孔に向けて収容されてなり、 上記挿通孔にボルトが貫挿された状態で、ボル
ト先端が上記補強部材内部の締結部材の螺子部と
螺合されることによつて、上記一対のコンクリー
トセグメントが接続されてなることを特徴とする
