への給湯水管に設けた電動給湯水弁と、浴槽内の
湯水が上限水位に到達しているか否かを検出する
水位検出装置とホームオートメーシヨン装置より
給湯命令信号受信時に前記電動排水弁の閉鎖状態
において前記電動給湯水弁を開ける動作、前記電
動排水弁の開放状態においてこの電動排水弁を閉
じ、その閉鎖完了の信号を受けて前記電動給湯水
弁を開ける動作、前記給湯命令状態において前記
水位検出装置により浴槽の湯水が上限水位に達し
たことを検出した場合に前記電動給湯水弁を閉じ
、かつ上限水位以下であることを検出した場合に
前記電動給湯水弁を開く動作、およびホームオー
トメーシヨン装置より排水命令信号の受信時に、
給湯命令信号が入つていない場合のみ前記電動排
水弁を開ける動作を行う制御装置とからなること
