<Example> To specifically explain an example of the nozzle according to the present invention with reference to figures, in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1
is a central nozzle, which is composed of an upper block 1a, a middle block 1b, and a lower block 1c (all explained in the state shown in FIG. 2, the same applies hereinafter), and the open end of the lower block 1c It is configured as an enlarged opening with a diameter larger than the diameter of the central nozzle 1. The peripheral wall of the middle block 1b of the central nozzle 1 includes the filling ports 2a, 3a of the second nozzle 2 and the third nozzle 3, and a communication passage 2 communicating with these.
b, 3b are provided, respectively, and the ends of these communicating passages 2b, 3b are exposed on the outer peripheral wall of the middle block 1b. A spur gear 5 is rotatably mounted around the middle block 1b of the central nozzle 1 via a first bearing. Also, around the lower part of the middle block 1b, a first rotary plate 6 is connected to a second bearing 7.
The first rotating plate 6 and the spur gear 5 are connected to each other via bolts 8. Inside the rotating plate 6, hook-shaped communicating passages 2c and 3c are bored, respectively, which can communicate with the ends of the communicating passages 2b and 3b of the middle block 1b. Also, the first rotating plate 6 and the middle block 1b are O.
It is sealed by ring 9. 10 is the second
This is a stopper for attaching the bearing 7 to the first rotary plate 6, and is attached and fixed with a bolt 11. 12 is a second rotating plate, and a bolt 13
It is integrally connected to the first rotary plate 6 via the rotary plate 6, and its interior forms the lower block 1c of the central nozzle 1, as described above. This second rotating plate 1
2 are provided with hook-shaped communication passages 2d and 3d communicating with the ends of the communication passages 2c and 3c, and the ends of the communication passages 2d and 3d are connected to the inner periphery of the enlarged diameter opening formed in the lower block 1c. A hole is drilled into the wall.

In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes a continuously variable transmission, and a gear 15 provided at the tip thereof meshes with the spur gear 5, and rotates the spur gear 5 and the first rotary plate 6 and second rotary plate 12 connected thereto, respectively. It is constructed so that it can rotate around the middle block 1b of the central nozzle 1. In the figure, 16 is a conveyor that receives the molded product from the nozzle.

To explain the operation of the nozzle according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. The materials b and c poured out through the passages and supplied from the second nozzle 2 and the third nozzle 3 are respectively connected to the communication passages 2b, 2c, 2.
d, 3b, 3c, and 3d, it is poured onto the inner peripheral wall of the enlarged diameter opening of the central nozzle 1 provided in the lower block 1c. Therefore, since the second rotary plate 12 having the lower block 1c is rotated integrally with the first rotary plate 6 by the spur gear 5, the inside of the enlarged diameter opening is closer to the communication passages 2d and 3d. The materials b and c poured out onto the peripheral wall are spirally wound around the rod-shaped material a poured out from the central nozzle 1.
As a whole, three types (three colors) of spiral bar-shaped sweets A are continuously arranged, and the communication passages 2d and 3d are perforated on the inner circumferential wall surface of the enlarged diameter opening formed at the end of the central nozzle 1. The thickness of confectionery A is determined according to the diameter of the enlarged diameter opening. Further, the material a is poured out from the central nozzle 1 while being twisted by the rotation of the lower block 1c. Therefore, when materials b and c are poured out at the expanded diameter opening, there is no relative speed difference between the surface of material a and materials b and c, and therefore materials b and c are It can be beautifully wrapped around a.

The number of second and third nozzles 2 and 3 in the above embodiment can be further increased. It is also possible to mold food products without rotating the first and second rotary plates 6, 12. In that case, the materials b and c can be attached in vertical strips around the rod-shaped material a.
