部を前記中央ノズルの先端内周壁面に穿孔して構
成したので、中央ノズルから順次棒状に注出され
る食品材料の周りに複数個の回転ノズルより注出
される材料を夫々交互にスパイラル状に巻き付け
て成形し、螺旋棒状食品を連続して製造すること

充填口2a,3a及びこれ等に連通した連通路2
b,3bが夫々設けられると共にこれ等の連通路
2b,3bの末端は中ブロツク1bの外周壁に露
出している。又中央ノズル1の中ブロツク1bの
周りには第1ベアリングを介して平歯車5が回動
自在に取り付けられている。又中ブロツク1bの
下部の周りには第1回転板6が第2ベアリング7
を介して回動自在に取り付けられ、この第1回転
板6と前記平歯車5とはボルト8を介して相互に
連結されている。該回転板6の内部には前記中ブ
ロツク1bの連通路2b,3bの末端に連通し得
るカギ状連通路2c,3cが夫々穿設されてい
る。又この第1回転板6と中ブロツク1bとはO
リング9によつてシールされている。10は第2
ベアリング7を第1回転板6に取り付ける為の止
め金であつて、ボルト11によつて取付固定され
ている。12は第2回転板であつて、ボルト13
を介して前記第1回転板6に一体的に連結される
と共にその内部は前述の如く、中央ノズル1の下
ブロツク1cを形成している。この第2回転板1
2の上面には前記連通路2c,3cの末端に連通
するカギ状連通路2d,3dが設けられると共に
この連通路2d,3dの末端は下ブロツク1cに
形成された拡径開口部の内周壁面に穿孔されてい

る材料b,cは中央ノズル1より注出される棒状
の材料aの周りにスパイラル状に巻き付けられ、
全体として3種類(3色)の螺旋棒状菓子Aを連
続的にまた連通路2d,3dが中央ノズル1の端
部に形成した拡径開口部の内周壁面に穿孔されて
いるため、螺旋棒状菓子Aの太さは前記拡径開口
