Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the need for a large installation area and reduce the investment cost by rotatably supporting a drive pipe, surrounding a fuel gas feed pipe provided in an air duct, and providing a vane constituting an impeller on said drive pipe to feed combustion air. CONSTITUTION:When a drive pipe 6 is rotated about a fuel gas feed pipe 3 by means of a rotary drive source 9, vanes 8 constituting an impeller 7 rotates, so that the air is sucked from an opening 2a located upstream of an air duct 1 to be forced toward an opening 2b on the downstream side, while fuel gas blows off from a fuel gas blowoff section 4 into the duct 1 through the pipe 3. In this manner, the air fed by the vanes 8 is mixed with the fuel gas blown off from the section 4 to effect combustion and the high temperature combustion gas blows off as a hot gas flow from the opening 2b on the downstream side of the duct 1. At this moment, the amount of the air fed into the duct 1 by the vanes 8 can be increased or decreased by changing the number of revolution of the pipe 6 by means of the source 9. As a result, a blower and an air feed pipe which connects the blower and the air duct are not required, so that a large installation area is not needed and the investment cost can be reduced.

(Prior Art) For example, most conventional large-capacity burners for generating hot air use a forced draft combustion method, and use a blower to supply combustion air. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of such a conventional burner, in which a fuel gas supply pipe is installed concentrically within the blast pipe a, and a fuel gas jetting part C is provided at the tip of the fuel gas supply pipe. An air supply pipe e connected to the blower d is connected to the rear side of the air supply pipe e. In this configuration, air is forcibly supplied to the rear side of the blast pipe a by the blower d via the air supply pipe e, and mixed with the fuel gas ejected from the fuel gas injection part C via the fuel gas supply pipe. Combustion takes place, and the high-temperature combustion gas generated at this time is blown out from the front side of the blast pipe a and used for drying, heating, etc.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Means for solving the above problems will be explained with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments. A fuel gas supply pipe 3 is installed in the fuel gas supply pipe 3, and a fuel gas jetting part 4 is provided on the tip side thereof.
A drive pipe 6 is rotatably supported on the outside of the fuel gas supply pipe 3 via a bearing 5, and blades 8 constituting an impeller 7 are provided at one end of the drive pipe 6, and the other end is connected to a rotational drive source. It is connected to 9.

(Function) In the above configuration, when the drive pipe 6 is rotated around the fuel gas supply pipe 3 by the rotary drive source 9, the blades 8 constituting the impeller 7 are rotated, and the upstream side of the blower pipe 1 is rotated. opening 2a of
The air is suctioned and forced into the direction of the opening 2b on the downstream side. On the other hand, the fuel gas is ejected from the fuel gas ejection part 4 into the blower pipe 1 via the fuel gas supply pipe 3 . In this way, feather 8
The air supplied by the air and the fuel gas ejected from the fuel gas ejection part 4 are mixed and combusted, and the high-temperature combustion gas is ejected from the downstream opening 2b of the blast pipe 1 as hot air. This hot air can then be used for drying, heating, etc.

In the above combustion, the amount of air supplied into the blast pipe 1 by the blades 8 can be increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the rotational speed of the drive pipe 6 rotated by the rotary drive source 9.
Therefore, by increasing or decreasing this rotational speed in accordance with the amount of fuel gas supplied, the air-fuel ratio can be adjusted appropriately, and thus combustion can always be performed at a predetermined air-fuel ratio.

The shape of the opening 2b is arbitrary, such as configuring the opening 2b on the downstream side to have a widening shape as shown in the figure. A fuel gas supply pipe 3 is installed concentrically within the blast pipe 1, and a fuel gas jetting part 4 is provided at the tip side thereof. This fuel gas ejection part 4 is configured to eject fuel gas radially into the blast pipe 1 in a direction perpendicular to its axial direction.

Any suitable configuration may be used, such as a configuration that allows the liquid to be ejected in a direction at an appropriate angle. A drive pipe 6 is rotatably supported on the outside of the fuel gas supply pipe 3 via a bearing 5, and blades 8 constituting an impeller 7 are provided at one end of the drive pipe 6, and the other end is connected to a rotational drive source. In the illustrated example, the blades 8 are provided in the drive pipe 6 so as to constitute a single stage impeller 7, but they can also be provided so as to constitute a multiple stage impeller 7. The shape etc. are also appropriate. Furthermore, in the illustrated example, the winding at the other end of the drive tube 6 is connected to a rotational drive source 9 such as an electric motor via a transmission mechanism 10, but in some cases, it may be connected directly. You can also do that.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention rotatably supports a drive pipe on the outside of a fuel gas supply pipe installed concentrically in a blower pipe with both sides open, and impellers forming an impeller are attached to this drive pipe. Since the blades can supply a predetermined amount of combustion air, there is no need for a blower and an air supply pipe connecting it to the blower pipe. Therefore, a large installation space is not required, and equipment costs can be reduced. There is an effect that it can be reduced.
