Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit and execute automatically a fact that consecutive numbers are inputted by the human intervention each time and to contrive the labor saving by constituting the system so that a start numerical value and a notch value are designated, the consecutive numbers are inputted in a chart. CONSTITUTION:The system is constituted of a keyboard 1, a program 2 having a word processor function, a display 4, and an automatic numbering function 3 added to the program having a word processor function. From the keyboard 1, a start numerical value and a notch value are inputted, consecutive numbers are displayed on the display 4, whether a displayable range is finished or not is checked, and in the case it is not finished, the next number is increased by the notch value and set. In such a way, since the consecutive numbers are inputted automatically, the intervention of an operator decreases to the utmost, and the input work can be executed easily and quickly.
