つてキヤツプが取付けられなくなるなどの欠点が
あり好ましくない。一方、後者のものはその様な
欠点はないが、ボルト頭が保護壁内にあるためス
パナ等の汎用性が高く、一般的には農用トラクタ
等の付属工具としてユーザーに手渡されているこ
とが多い工具では取付けボルトの着脱作業をする
ことができず、ボツクスレンチ等の特殊な工具が
必要になる許りでなく、保護壁内に泥土が固く詰
つてしまいボツクスレンチによる取付けボルトの
着脱作業が邪魔されたり、ボルト頭が錆る等の欠
点があり、いずれにしろ問題があつた。

作業を行なうことができるものでありながら、取
付けボルトのボルト頭を、角部が摩耗したりする
ことがないよう保護することができる耕耘筒軸取
付けボルトの保護装置を提供することを目的とし
たものである。そし、本考案では、殊に、センタ
ードライブ型のドライブ軸の外端部に、耕耘筒軸
を嵌入し、該耕耘筒軸の外側方に角形フランジ板
を介して外側より取付けボルトを挿通してドライ
ブ軸に耕耘筒軸を取付けるようにした耕耘装置に
おいて、上記フランジ板の外側には互いに逆方向
に折曲した保護突起と回り止め突起とを夫々備え
た後面視〓状をなす保護体を設け、該保護体の中
間部に設けたボルト挿通孔を介して上記取付けボ
ルトにて装着するように構成し、耕耘筒軸の回動
で回動軌跡が上記取付けボルトのボルト頭を囲繞
するように設けたことを特徴とするものである。

7aの角部が摩耗して減つてしまうようなことが
ない。しかも、ボルト頭7aを保護する保護突起
8aは、ボルト頭7aを円筒状の保護壁で保護す
るもののようにボルト頭7aの外周全体を囲繞し
て保護するものではなく、耕耘筒軸6の回動した
ときの円筒状回動軌跡Aで保護しようとするもの
であるから、泥土が上記円筒状回動軌跡A内に詰
るようなことがなく、従つて取付けボルト7の錆
付きもなく取付けボルト7の着脱作業を円滑に行
なうことができる。しかも、耕耘筒軸6の停止状
態では取付けボルト7のボルト頭7aは、保護突
起8a部を除いて何ら遮蔽するものがないから、
取付けボルト7の着脱作業に際し、ボツクスレン
チ等の如く特殊な工具を必要とすることなく、一
般的な工具であるスパナを使用して取付けボルト
7の着脱作業を行なうことができる。
