Abstract

PURPOSE:To change the attitude of a body, preventing the shoulder part, arm, etc., on the floor part side of a patient from being applied with squeeze and pains by installing a rotary supporting body which revolves in the width direction on a bed body and forming a floor plate body from a plurality of floor parts consisting of side floor plates which are connected in turnable manner only in the upward direction on the center floor plate and both the sides of the center floor plate. CONSTITUTION:A driving mechanism 37 with the floor part in horizontal state is operated, laying a user on his back on a center floor plate 13, and a floor plate body 8 is turned, together with a rotary supporting body 7, as shown by the chained line. When the center floor plate 13 is turned and inclined over a certain angle, rolling wheels 28 installed on a side floor plate 14 shift from the upper edge part 36a of a stopper body 36 and is positioned on an inclined surface 36b, and the side floor plate 14 is lowered downward, in the nearly similar inclined state, according to the tilt of the center floor plate 13. Accordingly, the body of the user is inclined largely sideways, by increasing the tilt of the center floor plate 13, and even if each load applied on the shoulder part and buttocks part is reduced, the shoulder positioned on a floor plate body 8 side, arm part, or breast part is prevented from being nipped by the bent center floor plate 13 and the side floor plate 14.

(Prior Art) Patients who are unable to turn over or sit up due to self-cutting must remain supine on a bed for a long period of time. In this way, if the patient remains supine for a long period of time, so-called bedsores will occur and the patient's pain will increase, so the patient's body position must be changed as appropriate to prevent bedsores. Also,
When such patients eat or read, it is extremely inconvenient if they do not raise their upper body, but it is difficult for the above-mentioned seriously ill patients to do this by themselves.

In response to this rotation of the floor plate body 104, the patient's body is laterally tilted, and the patient's body position can be changed in the same way as when turning over in bed. However, as the slope of the floor plate body 104 increases, the center floor plate 10
5 and the side floor plate 106 gradually becomes smaller. That is, as shown in FIG. 13, the floor plate body 104, which was initially in a horizontal state, tilts in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary support. First, the included angle between the center floor plate 105 and the side floor plates 106 is α1. Furthermore, when the floor plate body 104 is inclined, the included angle between the central floor plate 105 and the side floor plates 106 becomes α2, and α2 becomes smaller than α. Furthermore, when the floor plate body 104 is tilted, the included angle between the center floor plate 105 and the side floor plates 106 becomes α3, and α3 becomes smaller than α2. In this way, as the inclination of the floor plate body 104 increases, the inclination of the central floor plate 105 increases, and one end side of the side floor plate 106 always comes into contact with the presser roller 10B and does not fall downward, so that the side floor plate The slope of 106 also increases. Therefore, the central floor plate 105 and the side floor plate 1
As the floor plate body 104 is gradually inclined, the included angle formed by the center floor plate 105 and the side floor plate 106 becomes smaller rapidly.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in order to prevent bedsores, especially for patients who are bedridden for a long period of time, the patient's body should be tilted laterally as much as possible, and the patient's back and back should be tilted as much as possible. It is necessary to temporarily reduce the load applied to the area. however,

According to such a bed device, when the second drive mechanism is operated to rotate the rotary support body in the width direction and gradually incline the floor plate body, the center floor plate and the lowering of the center floor plate are The included angle between the connected side floor plate and the one end of the connected side floor plate gradually decreases from a predetermined angle by the angle of inclination of the central floor plate, so even if the floor plate body is tilted greatly, the included angle between the central floor plate and the side floor plate will remain the same. It does not become smaller suddenly. Therefore, the patient does not become trapped between the central and side floor plates. Therefore, the patient can change his or her body position without suffering pressure or pain to the shoulders, arms, and chest located on the floor side.

A first arm 44 made of a pair of plate materials is provided in the middle of each support shaft 43 with one end fixedly fixed thereto. Both ends of links 45 are rotatably connected to the other ends of the pair of first arms 44 located at both ends of the bed body in the longitudinal direction, respectively, by pivots 46. The drive shaft 39 is attached to the pivot shaft 46 of the first arm 44 located on the bed boat 3 side.
The tips are rotatably connected. In addition, each of the above-mentioned support shafts 4
One end of a second arm 47 is fixed to one end of the second arm 47 at an angle substantially perpendicular to the first arm 44. Between the other ends of these second arms 47 and a bracket 48 fixed to the rotation support 70 in the width direction, there are rod end bearings 49 screwed to both ends, as shown in FIG. A connecting shaft 50 is provided therebetween. This connecting shaft 50 has threads formed in opposite directions at both ends, and both ends are screwed into the rod end bearings 49, respectively, and an operating body 51 for rotating this connecting shaft 50 is fixed to the middle part. ing. Therefore, the connecting shaft 50 can be freely swung back and forth and left and right with respect to its axis by the rod end bearing 49, and the distance between the pair of rod end bearings 49 can be adjusted by rotating the operating body 51. ing. When the drive source 38 of the second drive mechanism 37 is activated and the drive shaft 39 is driven in the protruding direction shown by the arrow in FIG. Since the second arms 44 and 47 rotate via the link 45, the connecting shaft 5o is pushed up by the second arm 47, and the rotating support 7 is connected to the connecting shaft 5o, as shown in FIG. One axial end of the shaft is rotated in the upward direction. Further, when the drive shaft 39 is driven in the opposite direction, the rotary support body 7 is rotated in a direction in which one end in the axial direction to which the connecting shaft 50 is connected is lowered. In other words,
The rotating support 7 is attached to the mounting plate 6 as shown by the dashed line in FIG.
It can be rotated left and right using the pivot point as a fulcrum.

The included angle between the center floor plate 13 and the side floor plates 14 at this time is α. When the rotary support body 7 further rotates, the central floor plate 13 becomes further inclined as shown by the two-dot chain line. At this time as well, the rolling wheels 28 provided on the side floor plate 14 are located on the upper end portion 36a of the stopper body 36, and the side floor plate 14 is in a state of being more inclined than before. If the included angle between the center floor plate 13 and the side floor plates 14 is α2, then α2 is a slightly smaller angle than α1. and,
When the rotary support 7 is further rotated, the central floor plate 13 will be in an inclined state as shown by the three-dot chain line. At this time, side floor plate 1

That is, when the floor plate 8 is initially in a horizontal state, the roller provided on the side floor plate 14 is located on the horizontally formed upper end portion 36a of the stopper body 36. Then, the rotary support body 7 rotates, and the central floor plate 13 rotates and tilts accordingly, but the rolling wheels 28 provided on the side floor plates 14 move above the upper end portion 36a of the stopper body 36. While the side floor plate 14 is located on one side where the rolling wheels 28 are provided, it does not fall downward, but on the other hand, the side connected to the center floor plate 13 moves downward as the inclination of the center floor plate 13 increases. Therefore, the slope of the side floor plate 14 increases. Therefore, the included angle between the center floor plate 13 and the side floor plates 14 becomes smaller as the inclination of the center floor plate 13 becomes larger. however,
When the central floor plate is tilted by more than a certain angle with 13 forces and 10 movements,
The rolling wheels 28 provided on the side floor plate 14 are connected to the stopper body 36
It moves from the upper end 36a and is located on the inclined surface 36b. In this case, the side floor plates 14 themselves will move downward as a whole as the center floor plate 3 inclines while remaining in substantially the same inclination state. Therefore, as the inclination of the center floor plate 13 increases, the connecting end of the center floor plate 13 and the side floor plate 14 will go down, or because the one side where the rolling wheels 28 of the side floor plate 4 are installed also goes down, the side The horizontal floor plate 14 is lowered downward in the same inclined state. Therefore, even if the central floor plate 13 tilts further thereafter, the included angle between the central floor plate 3 and the side floor plates 14 will only gradually become smaller than the predetermined angle by the angle that the central floor plate 13 is tilted. As described in the conventional example, as the center floor plate rotates, the included angle between the center floor plate and the side floor plates increases by the sum of the angle of inclination of the center floor plate and the angle of inclination of the side floor plates. ζ
Even if the central floor plate is not inclined very much, the included angle between the central floor plate and the side floor plates does not become small rapidly. Therefore, even if the floor plate body is rotated to increase the inclination of the central floor plate and the user's body is tilted laterally to reduce the load applied to the user's back and balance, The user's shoulders located on the floorboard body 8 side,
Since the arms and chest are not sandwiched between the bent central floorboard 13 and the side floorboards 14, each part of the user does not feel pressure or pain, and the user's body position can be made comfortable. can be converted.

In this way, by tilting the floorboard body 8 alternately in both left and right directions at regular intervals, users who are unable to turn over on their own will not experience pressure or pain and will be able to avoid bedsores. can be prevented.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the floor plate body is formed from a plurality of floor parts, and the floor part located at the end side in the longitudinal direction of the bed body can be rotated and raised. In addition, each floor section is formed of a central floor plate and side floor plates connected to both sides thereof so as to be rotatable only in the upward direction, and having rolling wheels rotatably provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction. At this time, the bed body is provided on both sides in the width direction of the bed body, has a horizontal upper end, and has an inclined surface that slopes downward from one end side of the upper end. The stopper body supports the wheels installed on the side floorboards,
After the floor plate body has been rotated beyond a predetermined level, the side floor plates on the lower end side remain at approximately the same slope and move downwards in conjunction with the rotation of the floor plate body, resulting in the formation of the center floor plate and the side floor plates. The included angle is made smaller by the inclination angle of the central floor plate from a predetermined angle. Therefore, the user on the floorboard body can raise his or her upper body by rotating and raising the floor part, and by rotating the floorboard body in the width direction, the user can change his or her body position just like turning over in bed. Moreover, the user is prevented from falling from the floorboard body by the side floorboards bending upward at this time. Furthermore, even if the floorboard body rotates more than a predetermined amount,
Since the included angle between the center floor plate and the side floor plates of the floor plate body gradually decreases by the angle of the center floor plate that gradually slopes from a predetermined angle, the included angle between the center floor plate and the side floor plates becomes smaller. Since the angle between the center floor plate and the side floor plates can be gradually reduced even if the floor plate body is tilted significantly, the angle between the central floor plate and the side floor plate can be gradually reduced, and the shoulders and arms of the user located on the side of the floor plate body can be gradually reduced. , there is no pressure on the chest, and even if the user's body is tilted laterally, the user will not feel any pressure or pain.

a bed main body, a rotation support body disposed along the longitudinal direction of the bed main body, whose longitudinal ends are pivotally supported by the bed main body so as to be rotatable in the width direction; a central floor plate; and side floor plates rotatably connected to each other are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rotary support, and the central floor plates of each floor part are rotatably connected to each other. and a floor plate body in which the center floor plate of the floor portion located in the longitudinal center portion of the bed body is fixed to the rotation support, and on both sides of the side floor plates of each of the floor portions in the longitudinal direction,
A rolling wheel that slightly protrudes from the side floor plate and is rotatably provided, and a first rotary wheel that is provided on the rotary support and that rotates and raises a floor portion that is located at one end in the longitudinal direction of the bed body. and a driving mechanism, which is provided on both sides of the bed body in the width direction, has an upper end that is horizontal, and has an inclined surface that slopes downward from one end of the upper end, and is located on the side of each of the floorboards. A stopper body for supporting a rolling wheel provided on a floor plate; and a stopper body provided on the bed body, which rotates the rotation support body in the width direction to tilt the central floor plate of each floor portion, and one end of the central floor plate from which the central floor plate descends. One side of the side floor plate connected to the side is supported by the stopper body to make this side floor plate in an inclined state, and when the center floor plate is gradually inclined, the side floor plate is interlocked with the inclination of the center floor plate. Then, the side floor plates are moved downward while maintaining substantially the same inclination, so that the included angle between the center floor plate and the side floor plates is gradually reduced by the angle of inclination of the center floor plate from the predetermined angle. A bed device comprising: a second drive mechanism for raising a side floor plate on the other end side of the rising central floor plate at the same inclination angle as the central floor plate.
