Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a less bulky magic fastener female member by inserting into or attaching to a slender width one or more synthetic fiber multifilament yarns having a number of loops, coils, entanglements and the like. CONSTITUTION:A constitution filament is mixing woven through the fluid disturbance treatment, as the female element of a plane body magic fastener female member, and loops, coils, synthetic fiber multifilament yarns having entanglement, etc., which has a single yarn fineness of 3 denier or more is used on the surface. In the fluid disturbance treatment, the synthetic fiber multifilament is introduced in the over-feed state into a fluid injection nozzle from one or two directions, and mixing-weaving-processed by the compressed fluid which is jetted into the fluid injection nozzle, and at least one filament for fluid disturbance treatment is inserted into weft, and engaged with a magic fastener male member, and a strong joint force can be obtained. Since the bulkiness is very small in comparison with the pile of the pile braided fabric as the conventional female member, the magic fastener female member itself can be made less bulky.

(Prior art) A magic fastener usually consists of a fabric in which a loop or arch-shaped female element is formed on one side of a base fabric, and a raised-shaped fabric such as a hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped bulging head shape that engages with the female element. This is a planar fastener used as an engagement tool for joining two pieces of fabric by applying surface pressure contact with a piece of fabric in which a conical element is formed on one side of a base fabric.

The female element of the magic fastener is usually formed from a knitted fabric having a loop pile of multifilament or monofilament made of synthetic fibers such as nylon or polyester on one side. The female material of the magic fastener formed from these loop pile knitted fabrics is made of a raised cone-like element made of a piece-shaped or mushroom-like expanded head shape of ordinary monofilament (monofilament of nylon 6, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) as a base fabric. When bonded with a magic fastener binding material formed on one side, a very strong bonding force can be obtained.

Depending on the application, a very strong bonding force may not be required, and in such cases, the adhesive area of male and female zippers has been reduced. When attaching it to a product, it is too small and it takes time and effort to attach it. Further, the female material of the magic fastener has a high bulk due to the structure of the loop pile knitted fabric, and depending on the application, it may be difficult to use because it gives a too voluminous feel, or even may not be usable.

It is desirable that the single yarn fineness is 3 denier or more. When the single filament fineness is less than 3 denier, the constituent filaments are mixed by fluid agitation treatment, and when the female material of the magic fastener is joined to the surface where many loops, coils, tangles, etc. are formed and then peeled off, the formation This is undesirable because the loops, coils, tangles, etc. that have been formed will break and the bonding strength will decrease with repeated use.

As shown in Figure 1, the height h in the vertical direction of the yarn length is 0.5
It is preferable that the number is 50 or more per 10 cm in terms of size on uapl. If the size of the loops, coils, tangles, etc. is less than 0.5 mm, it will be difficult to join the female member of the magic fastener to the hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped raised conical element, and a satisfactory joining force will not be obtained. This is not preferable because it makes it difficult to get caught.

In this way, by inserting one or more pieces for the fluid disturbance processing system into the warp yarns or by inserting them at intervals into the weft yarns to form a planar body, it is possible to engage with the female member of the magic fastener and obtain a strong bonding force. I can do it. In this case, the greater the total denier of the fluid disturbance treatment system strips to be inserted, or the greater the number of strips inserted.

When a fluid disturbance treatment system strip having entanglements, etc. is used as a joining element of a magic fastener female material, the bulk of the loops, coils, tangles, etc. of the fluid disturbance treatment system thread is compared to the pile of a conventional pile knitted fabric as a female material. Because it is very small,
The female material of the magic fastener itself can be made into a female material that is not bulky.

Additionally, if a filament with a single yarn fineness of 3 denier or more is used as a constituent filament of a fluid disturbance treatment system having loops, coils, entanglements, etc., the filament will be difficult to break when peeled off after joining with the female element. Therefore, repeated peeling strength can be significantly improved.
