Abstract

PURPOSE:To make plaster work on a joint easy with occurrence of cracks prevented by a method wherein a plaster ground for the joint is formed in such structure that two rectangular base boards are bonded together at a right angle with side boards projected from the outer surface of each of the base boards and a side board is projected from the outside of the corner where the base boards are bonded together. CONSTITUTION:A plaster ground 3 for a joint is formed of two base boards 1 that are bonded together at a right angle, side boards 2, each of which is projected from the outer surface of each one of the base boards 1, and a side board 2 that is projected from a corner of the joint of the base boards. Then the plaster ground 3 is attached to the corner of a wall 5, and plaster material 6 such as mortar or the like is applied to the outside of the outer side boards 2 in a depth reaching the height of the side boards 2. A space on the corner side between the outer side boards 2 is filled with urethane joint material 7' or the like. Thereby occurrence of cracks is prevented because stress applied to the wall on one side does not affect on the wall on the other side of the corner.

When painting walls with mortar or other coating materials, cracks may appear on the mortar surface due to drying shrinkage of the hardened mortar. In addition, when attaching base plates to wooden or iron pillars, etc., or when the base plates are not continuous with each other with molded base plates such as ALC boards, cracks may appear in the hardened mortar surface depending on the movement of the base. .

For this reason, work is performed to create joints for the purpose of dividing the continuous mortar surface into areas of a certain size or less. It is common practice today to make joints on flat parts.
Joint materials such as those shown in FIGS. 4(a), (b), and (c) are used. The materials shown in Figures 4 (a) and (b) are used in the form of being embedded in mortar.
The material shown in Figure (C) is used in such a manner that the joint material is removed after applying mortar or after the mortar has hardened. The joint materials shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b) are made of synthetic resin or metal, and the joint material shown in FIG. 4(C) is made of wood, polystyrene foam, or the like. Parts of the corners of walls are prone to cracks, but the current situation is that there are mainly gaps in the walls, and the joints have not been properly treated.

Currently, in order to increase construction efficiency, embedded type fixed timber with a cross section as shown in Fig. 5(a) is used in a part of the corner. This is used in the manner shown in FIG. 5(b), and the mortar 6 applied to a part of the corner of the wall 5 forms a continuous body and cannot become a joint part forming an independent wall.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an example of the joint setting tree of the present invention. The shape illustrated in Fig. 1 only needs to be maintained at the time of applying mortar, so for example, as shown in Fig. 2, do not join the two bottom plates at right angles in advance; The portion 7 may be made softer or thinner than the bottom plate 1 and the side plates 2, and may be bent during construction.

The joint material can be attached to the wall surface depending on the material of the base, for example, by nailing in the case of a wooden base, or by mortar, etc. in the case of a concrete base. When attaching with adhesive such as mortar, it is advisable to provide an appropriate size and number of holes in the bottom plate.

[Function] As shown in Fig. 3 (C), a joint material 7' is interposed between one wall and the other wall at a part of the corner of the wall, so that stress in one wall is transferred to the other wall. Because it does not affect the wall,
Since each wall exists as an independent wall surface, it is thought that the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.
