<Prior Art> There are prior art methods for producing stained glass-like indoor decorations, etc., such as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-33277, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 55-23015, and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-9053. However, the inventions disclosed in JP-A No. 60-33277 and JP-A No. 55-23015 are those in which a colored layer is applied directly to the base material for indoor decoration by applying fill-up paint to the contour line and its sections. Ta. Therefore, if the base of the indoor decoration item has a curved surface, the paint solution will run off and it will not work, and it is not possible to glue only a part of the pattern to the base of the indoor equipment item while leaving other parts of the pattern floating. There was no way I could do it. Furthermore, a prior art technique has been proposed which involves a pattern transfer method using a transparent film coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back side. However, this transparent film is made of polypropylene film, etc., and cannot be released from the mold.Since the transparent film is glued, it has the disadvantage that wrinkles will occur if it is glued to a curved surface. Was.

Furthermore, as proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-9053, a method was proposed in which a decorative body formed in advance to serve as a frame was adhered to the glass surface, and coloring was applied within the outline of the decorative body. However, in this case as well, since the coloring is applied directly to the glass surface, there are problems in that there is a risk of the coating liquid flowing and that it lacks a sense of solidity. In particular, in the invention of this Utility Model Publication No. 59-9053, the outline of the picture that becomes the pattern is not built up and painted, but is formed by die cutting, so it is possible to create a detailed design. Settings and changes are
It was difficult to do.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> From the above, in the case of the above-mentioned prior art, in the production of stained glass-like interior decoration products,
It was not possible to easily and reliably create detailed outlines and apply coloring, and to provide a profound feeling equivalent to that of actual stained glass.

In addition, in the conventional method described above, since the coloring is applied directly to the material that requires decoration, it is not possible to easily change the design at the stage of applying decoration to the material.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In view of the above points, the present invention is based on a reverse method in which a colored layer is formed and dried using a thermosetting resin for the purpose of adhesion, and then the mold is released. Based on the idea of The purpose is to provide a method. To be more specific, the present invention provides a planar release plate having a pattern sketch written thereon, a contour line built up along the sketch pattern, and a colored layer made of thermosetting resin in the area of the contour line. A process of forming and drying this to produce a stained glass-like patterned thin plate, and applying the above-mentioned release pattern thin plate using adhesive etc. to a part or all of the device/ornamental base made of a flat or curved surface. The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a patterned device and a work of art, which is characterized by comprising a step of integrating the patterned device and the work of art.

By adopting the above method, it becomes possible to manufacture a patterned thin plate on a flat mold release plate, and since the pattern can be manufactured independently from the base material, there is no problem of the coating liquid running down. The release plate as used in the present invention includes transparent films, glass plates, paper or plates coated with a release agent, and flat release paper molds.

This release plate consists of a pattern sketch to make it easier to trace the outline, and a release agent may be applied to the surface to make it easier to release the mold, which inhibits re-adhesion. In such a case, the mold release agent may be blown off before re-adhesion.

Since the released pattern is a thin plate, if the base of the device or decorative item has a slight curvature, it is sufficient to heat and bend the release pattern thin plate and adhere it to the curved surface of the base. The problem was solved by means.

1 is a release plate made of a glass plate, and on the surface of the glass plate 1 there is a sketch of a pattern consisting of palm trees 2, 2, windsurfing 3, 3, the sea 4, and the letters 5 for OKINAWA. Are listed. A silicone resin mold release agent (not shown) is sprayed on the surface of the mold release plate 1 made of this glass plate, and a tube-type black paste made of lead is applied on top of it along with the sketches 2, 3, 4, and 5. The contour line 7 is overlaid with paint 6. Red, green, brown,
The inside of each compartment is painted and colored with a thermosetting resin consisting of an epoxy resin paint that uses a mixture of a two-component system of colored main liquid and curing agent, mainly in primary colors such as purple, blue, and yellow. Layers 8...8 are formed. 60~
By heating and curing in a heating oven at 100° C. for 3 hours and drying, a stained glass-like patterned thin plate 9 as shown in FIG. 1B is produced.

Next, this patterned thin plate 9 is released from the mold release plate 1 to obtain a mold release patterned thin plate 10. Since a release agent is attached to the back side of the release pattern thin plate 10, it is wiped off with a solvent to facilitate re-adhesion. In addition, the release pattern thin plate 10 of FIG. 1C
is placed in a heating furnace at 120° C. for 2 to 3 minutes to bend it to a curvature comparable to that of the curved surface of the device 11 made of a bottle.

0a, a patterned device 112 consisting of an ornament as shown in reference photo 2, which integrates a release pattern thin plate 110b made of windsurfing and a palm tree, and 113 is a wooden support stand. However, for the release pattern thin plate 110b, only a part of the windsurf-in side is glued, and the palm tree part is not glued and sticks out, and this shape is formed by heat bending. It is what was done. Although the release plates in this embodiment are not shown, the release pattern thin plate 110a uses a transparent sheet made of polypropylene, and the release pattern thin plate 110b uses silicone coated paper. However, the silicone coated paper was able to be released from the mold without requiring the application of a mold release agent.

The final figure 3 shows a reference example in which the device base 211 is made of wood, and the release pattern thin plate 210 is adhered via a support made of polystyrene foam 214, and the thin plate 210 rises from the base 211 and is integrated. A patterned device 212 consisting of an ornament as shown in Photo 3 is shown, and decorative items such as brooches can also be made in a similar manner.

Furthermore, while having the above-mentioned effects, the present invention, unlike other methods in which drawing and coloring are performed directly on the object, allows the design and coloring to be completed on a thin plate separate from the object before the final step of adhesion. Because it is intended to cause
Even if it becomes necessary to change the color scheme during this time, it will not affect the object.
