Abstract

PURPOSE:To have a comfortable bath by a construction wherein hot water of a temperature somewhat lower than the temperature of hot water set in a remote-controller is filled when an automatic set temperature switch is turned ON, and the hot water is heated up to the temperature set in the remote-controller when it is detected that a person takes a bath. CONSTITUTION:With an automatic set temperature switch turned ON, hot water of a temperature being lower by X deg.C than the temperature set in a remote-controller 12 is filled up to a set water level in a bathtub, or the hot water in the bathtub is heated up to the temperature lower by X deg.C than the set temperature. The temperature X deg.C is made to be 1.5 deg.C, for instance. The temperature is kept at the one lower by X deg.C than the set temperature, and it is monitored by a human body sensor 14 whether or not a person enters a bathroom in this time, and when it is detected that the person enters the bathroom, whether or not the person gets in a bathtub is detected by a pressure sensor 4. When the person is judged to have got in the bathtub, a pump 5 is driven and also a burner of a heat exchanger 2 for reheating is made to burn to reheat hot water. In the meantime, the temperature of the hot water in the bathtub is detected by a thermistor 9 for detecting this temperature, and when the temperature reaches a set temperature of the hot water, the reheating operation is stopped.

This type of automatic bath device has a microcomputer control section 11.
For example, if the microcomputer controller is stored with data on the pressure P and water amount Q corresponding to the bathtub water level shown in FIG. When the water level and hot water temperature to be filled are set on the remote control and the automatic operation switch is turned on, the solenoid valve 3 is opened and the burner of the hot water heat exchanger 1 (not shown) is opened.
The hot water heated to the set water temperature by the hot water supply heat exchanger 1 is poured into the bathtub 13 through the circulation reheating pipe to fill the bathtub with hot water, and the water level in the bathtub reaches the set water level. When the pressure sensor 4 detects that the hot water has reached the specified temperature, the hot water filling operation is stopped, and the pump 5 is then driven to detect the hot water temperature in the bathtub using the thermistor 9. If the temperature is lower than the set hot water temperature, the hot water for reheating is applied. The reheating operation is performed by combustion of the burner (not shown) of the exchanger 2, and the reheating operation is stopped when the hot water temperature in the bathtub reaches the set water temperature.

Since the conventional automatic bath device is configured as described above, it is possible to maintain the desired water level and water temperature set on the remote control. However, when there are no bathers for a long period of time, reheating is performed at regular intervals, so there is a problem in that energy is wasted. In addition, it is generally more comfortable to take a bath at a slightly warm temperature and then gradually get to an appropriate temperature. Especially in winter, if the temperature is appropriate from the beginning, there is a problem that the bather will feel hot at the beginning of the bath.

Further, the present invention provides an automatic bath apparatus which is equipped with a microcomputer control section and a remote control, and in which the microcomputer control section fills the bathtub to a bathtub water level and hot water temperature set in the remote control, in which an automatic set temperature switch is turned on. Then, the hot water is filled at a temperature slightly lower than the water temperature set on the remote control, and when it detects that there is a bather, the water is heated to the temperature set on the remote control, and when the bather enters the bathroom. When the human body sensor detects that a bather has left the room, water is poured into the bathtub and the temperature of the water in the bathtub is made slightly lower than the temperature set on the remote control, so that the next bather can take a bath. It is characterized by being prepared for.

As mentioned above, the present invention fills the water at a temperature that is slightly lower than the water temperature set on the remote control, and when it detects that there is a bather, the water is boiled to the temperature set on the remote control, so that the water temperature is lower than the water temperature set on the remote control. You can take a comfortable bath, which starts out lukewarm and gradually gets to the right temperature.Furthermore, since the water temperature is lower than the temperature set on the remote control when filling and keeping the water warm, you can save energy accordingly. In addition, a human body sensor monitors whether or not a person has entered the bath, and when it detects that a bather has left, the water temperature in the bathtub is returned to a temperature slightly lower than the set water temperature, so that the next bather can also use the same temperature. You can enjoy the same comfortable bathing experience.

In the present invention, the bathroom remote control 12 includes the human body sensor 1.
4. This human body sensor 14 is specifically a pyroelectric infrared sensor, and a crystal with spontaneous electrical polarization that captures stray charges in the atmosphere and maintains an electrical equilibrium state is used to detect a person entering the room. As the crystal moves, the spontaneous polarization inside the crystal changes, and charges are observed on the surface until the surface charges reach a new equilibrium state. This is used to detect the presence or absence of a human body (Showa era). (See pages 44-54 of "Sensor - Application Technology Collection," published by Keizai System Research Institute Co., Ltd., September 1, 1956).

次に、第1図について本発明の実施の一例を説明する。Next, an example of implementation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

When someone enters the bathtub, the water level rises above the set water level.
It is determined that a person has entered the bathtub due to this rise in the water level, and the pump 5 is driven and the burner (not shown) of the reheating heat exchanger 2 is combusted to reheat the bathtub. The temperature detection thermistor 9 detects the bathtub water temperature, and when the detected value reaches the set water temperature, reheating is stopped. That is, in the present invention, a bath is started at a lukewarm temperature slightly lower than the set water temperature, and then the water is automatically heated to the set water temperature.

As described above, even while taking a bath, the human body sensor 14 monitors whether or not a person has left the bathroom, and when it is detected that a person has left, water is poured into the bathtub so that the hot water in the bathtub reaches the set temperature - X degrees Celsius. do. This water injection is performed so that the water temperature in the bathtub is the set water temperature.
There is a method in which water is poured into the bathtub in an amount that reaches x℃, and then the water is drained to the set water level, and another method is to drain a predetermined amount of hot water, then pour water into the bathtub, and maintain the set water level as soon as the set water temperature is reached. There is a method of
In this way, the water temperature in the bathtub becomes the water temperature set on the remote control -x° C. again, and is kept warm in this state for the next bather.
