Claims (1)
- アームの先端に上下二枚の板バネを介してプロ
ーブ針の保持具を連設したプローブ針の保持機構
であつて、前記アームと保持具および二枚の板バ
ネによつて囲まれた空間内にブロツク状の粘弾性
体を位置させると共に、当該粘弾性体を前記二枚
の板バネに連結させてあることを特徴とするプロ
ーブ針の保持機構。
