Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the execution of work by arranging a plurality of window holes on panel material, and by fitting tile retaining panels formed with engaging pieces arranged at specified intervals under the window holes on the lowest step, firmly on backing material, to bond tiles on the panels via adhesives. CONSTITUTION:On panel material 1, window holes 2 are linearly formed at specified intervals and on a plurality of steps. Besides, under the window holes 2 on the lowest step, engaging pieces 3 with widths smaller than the diameters of the window holes 2 are arranged, and tile retaining panels (a) are formed. Then, the panels (a) are fitted on the surface of backing material and after that, on the engaging pieces 3, the bottom surface sections of tiles 5 are mounted, and the rear side surface sections of the tiles 5, the front side surface section of the backing material found at the window holes 2, and the front side surface sections of the panels (a) are bonded to each other via adhesives. Besides, spaces between the respective tiles 5 are filled up with joint material.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to the field of tiling methods using tiling panels. [Prior Art] Conventional tiling involves separately installing a panel with a special shape to hold the tiles and tiles formed with a special shape.
The tile was attached to the panel by hooking it onto the panel by fitting the grooves formed on the back of the tile into the locking parts of the tile holding panel. Therefore, commercially available tiles with flat back surfaces could not be used. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention provides a device in which a groove portion of a special shape is provided on the back surface portion.
Even so-called commercially available tiles with a flat back surface can be attached extremely easily, reliably, quickly, and at a lower construction cost than conventional tiles, without using any so-called specially ordered tiles. It is designed so that it can be done. [Means for Solving the Problems J] The present invention provides the following features:
A plurality of circular or quadrilateral window holes are formed in a straight line at predetermined intervals, and below the bottom window hole, locking pieces cut out outward are placed at predetermined intervals in a straight line. At the same time, a plurality of window hole groups having the same shape as the window holes are formed below the locking piece, and further a locking piece having the same shape as the locking piece is formed below the bottom window hole. At regular intervals,
A tile holding panel formed in a straight line and consisting of a plurality of window holes and locking pieces formed alternately and sequentially below the locking pieces is fixed to the base material with nails or the like. Place the bottoms of the tiles on the locking pieces of the holding panel at predetermined intervals, and apply adhesive to the back of the tiles, the surface of the base material exposed on the window, and the surface of the tile holding panel material. This is a tiling construction method using panels for tiling, which is characterized by adhering the tiles to the panel by adhering them to each other through a tile and increasing the amount of joint material between each tile. [Function] The function of the present invention will be explained as follows. The feature of the present invention is that it can be installed extremely easily and quickly using commercially available tiles with a so-called flat back surface. The tile holding panel of the invention is nailed into place using nails or the like. As a result, the locking pieces constituting the tile holding panel material are aligned horizontally and linearly, protruding from the surface of the panel. Then apply adhesive to the surface of the tile retaining panel, or
Alternatively, after applying adhesive to the back of the tile, place the bottom of the tile on the locking piece and press the tile against the surface of the tile holding panel, so that the base material is visible from inside the window hole. The adhesive coated on the surface of the tile holding panel, including the surface of the tile, adheres to the back side of the tile, and as the tile is placed on the locking piece, it adheres to the tile holding panel. Then, place the lower side of a separate tile on the locking piece at a slight distance from the tile that has already been attached, and press it slightly toward the surface of the tile holding panel. Glue it to the above panel. At this time, adhesive is applied to the surface of the base material inside the window hole, so the adhesive strength of the tiles can be maintained. As described above, the separately installed tiles are placed at a slight distance from the glued tiles and are gradually stretched using the method described above. In the present invention, after the tiles are stretched in the same row as described above, the tiles are placed on the locking pieces formed on the upper or lower tier of the tiles and are gradually attached to the tiles. Therefore, after placing the tiles on the tile holding panel attached to the base material, fill the joints with joint material. let

As described above, in the present invention, since a countless number of locking pieces are arranged in advance in a straight line, there is no need to use threads or the like to level the tiles, and even an amateur can do it very easily. I can work. [Embodiment] Fig. 1 is a partially cutaway front view of a tile holding panel a according to a first embodiment used in the present invention. 1 is a panel material constituting the panel a; On the inside, there are countless circular punched window holes 2 arranged at predetermined intervals and arranged in a straight line. A series of window holes 2 formed in the same row
Place them in sequence at the same intervals on the bottom row. In the case of the first embodiment, three stages are formed. Reference numeral 3 designates locking pieces that are provided below the window hole 2 at the lowest stage, with a width smaller than the diameter of the window hole 2, and protruded linearly from the surface of the panel material 1 at predetermined intervals.
4 is a small window hole punched out between each locking piece 3, and 5 is a tile. The locking piece 3 as described above is parallel to the window hole 2, is straight, and has a shape slightly shorter than the thickness of the tile 5.

(1) A plurality of groups of window holes are formed in parallel at predetermined intervals in a straight line, and below the group of window holes in the lowest row, rows of window holes are arranged in a straight line at predetermined intervals, and further outward. A locking piece punched out in the direction is provided protrudingly, and a tile holding panel in which a window hole group having the same shape as the window hole group and a locking piece are sequentially formed below the locking piece is attached to the base plate using nails, etc. Simply place the bottom of the tile on the locking pieces that are attached to the surface of the material and line them up in a straight line, and then press the placed tile toward the panel to apply the paint between the panel and the tile. The adhesive material that is applied to the surface of the base material exposed in the multiple window holes, the surface of the panel, and the back side of the tile are in contact with each other, which eliminates the need for skillful straight-line work as in traditional tiling methods. Therefore, it has the advantage that tiles can be attached very easily, accurately and quickly by simply placing the bottom part of the tile on the locking piece. (2) Furthermore, the tiling method of the present invention allows even so-called commercially available tiles with a flat back surface to be strongly adhered to the surface of the panel and the surface of the base material, reducing the cost of tiling. Compared to the conventional method, it has the advantage of being able to save significantly.
