るボルトにてボデイに止着するとともに、前記ダ
イヤフラムプレートの外周縁と液室周縁との間お
よび前記ボルト挿通孔内周縁と前記ボルトの外周
との間にそれぞれ弾性シール材を配設して、前記
液室とダイヤフラムプレートとの間を液密に保持
