止用段部12が設けられている。13はロツク部
材、14はオン操作阻止部材を示し、これら部材
13,14は操作筐9の底壁に上下に軸15で重
合して軸支され、その下側のオン操作阻止部材1
4はその側面に屈曲形成された阻止爪16が前記
段部12に弾着すると共に、その他側に突設する
押圧片17が係止ピン18に当接するように引張
ばね19で時計方向に弾撥され又ロツク部材13
はその一側に突設するロツク爪20が、前記段部
11に弾着されるように捩りばね21で反時計方
向に弾撥されると共にその側部にロツク爪20と
所定の角度をもつて突設される押圧片22を有し
ている。23は第2解除部材を示し、該部材23
は前記押圧片17をばね19に抗して押圧すべき
第1位置とその押圧片17の押圧を解除する第2
位置とに揺動自在に軸24を介して操作筐9に軸
支されている。25は第1解除部材を示し、該部
材25は操作筐9に前記操作部材3と平行に摺動
自在に嵌挿され、且つ固定板2との間に嵌挿され
る復帰ばね26によつてその前部に設けた段部2
7が操作筐9の前壁に弾着されるオフ位置に復帰
されその下面には前記押圧片22に当接する当片

容易となる等の効果を有する。
