However, the above-mentioned conventional technology disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-81421 does not have any means to prevent resonance noise of high frequency components among noises such as explosion combustion noise, vibration noise, and resonance noise accompanying pulse combustion. No. 58-128311, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 128311,
In the case of those described in Publication No. 59-142649, Publication No. 60-6909, etc., a muffler is simply installed in the exhaust route or air supply route to eliminate the explosion combustion noise caused by pulse combustion. Therefore, the noise caused by the resonance of the heater body has a unique high pitched, harsh tone.
According to experimental measurements, it was approximately 50 horns.

Furthermore, in the case described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-93619, the inner surface of the case surrounding the fluid heating chamber is lined with a heat-insulating and sound-absorbing material such as glass wool.
Glass wool has difficulty absorbing sound vibrations and cannot sufficiently absorb the vibration noise that accompanies pulse combustion.

Therefore, this idea was developed to absorb the noise caused by the resonance caused by pulse combustion using granular damping materials such as sand and soil, and to reduce the noise to approximately 40 to 45 horns, which is sufficient for practical use. The present invention provides a type heater.

That is, according to experiments, by applying granular damping material 2 such as sand or soil with a damping effect to the outer wall of the heater body 1, high frequencies of 8000 Hz or more are attenuated by 5 horns or more, and low frequency energy is reduced. It was able to absorb loud sounds and had a practically sufficient silencing effect.

The illustrated embodiment is an example in which this invention is applied to a fryer, and the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 uses a pulse combustion device A that repeats cycle combustion of air supply, ignition explosion, expansion, and exhaust. In a fryer used as a heating source, a sand box 2 filled with sand 2' is attached as a vibration damper to the outer wall surface of an oil tank 1 of the fryer, and the sand box 2 suppresses vibration noise caused by pulse combustion in the pulse combustor A. suppress. In other words, when sound travels through the sand as vibrations, the sand 2' of the sand box 2 is polished against itself and energy is absorbed by the friction, resulting in great vibration-proofing and sound-proofing effects. Sand is ideal for absorbing low-frequency, high-energy sounds such as pulsed combustion. The oil tank 1 having such a structure can effectively prevent resonance noise caused by amplifying the vibration sound of the iron plate, and can reduce the conventional noise of approximately 50 horns to about 40 to 45 horns.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is a fryer using a pulse combustion device A as a heat source that repeats cycle combustion of air supply, ignition explosion, expansion, and exhaust. The sand 2' inside the casing suppresses the vibration noise caused by the pulse combustion of the pulse combustion device A by the action of the sand, and the oil tank 1 For example, by amplifying the vibration sound of an iron plate, resonance noise can be effectively prevented, and the conventional noise level of about 50 horns can be reduced to about 40 to 45 horns.

Incidentally, in each of the above embodiments, the sand box and casing were filled with sand, but other materials having a damping effect, such as granular soil, may be filled. Also,
The pulse combustion device A forcibly feeds a mixture of fuel gas and combustion air to the combustion chamber 3, causes explosive combustion within the combustion chamber 3, and instantly discharges the combustion exhaust gas to the tail pipe 4. The combustion chamber 3 is temporarily vacuumed and the next mixture is sucked into the combustion chamber 3 again and ignited and exploded. The cycle of air supply, ignition explosion, expansion, and exhaust is repeated 80 to 100 times per second, and the exhaust flow is The gas is discharged outside the vessel via an exhaust pipe 5 connected to the tail pipe 4.

The combustion chamber 3 is installed in the oil tank 1, and the tail pipe 4 is bent in a meandering manner within a range that does not affect the back pressure of pulse combustion and is arranged in the oil tank 1.
It is connected to an exhaust pipe 5 that opens outside the device. 6 is a mixing chamber, 7 is a gas chamber, and 8 is an air chamber. Further, numeral 9 indicates a perforated cutting plate provided in the oil tank 1 in a freely detachable manner, numeral 10 indicates tempura oil, and numeral 11 indicates fried food.

As explained above, this idea is based on the heater main body 1.
It has a simple structure in which the outer wall of the chamber is covered with a damping material filled with granular damping material 2' such as sand or earth. It suppresses the vibration sound of high frequency components of 8000 Hz or more associated with pulse combustion, and also suppresses the vibration sound of the damping material. It has the effect of absorbing low-frequency, high-energy sounds, preventing resonance, and significantly reducing noise. However, when the pulse combustion device A is used as a heat source, its exhaust flow velocity is high, and the heat dissipation effect in heat exchange parts such as the combustion chamber 3 and tail pipe 4 is also high, so the heat transfer efficiency is high and energy saving is excellent. Therefore, it is effective as a heating source for hot water storage type water heaters, hot water heaters, fryers, etc., and the practical value of the pulse combustion type heater is that it can eliminate unpleasant resonance of high frequency components and low frequency components with this invention. can be made more expensive and its spread can be promoted.
