``Conventional technology'' In conventional wear-resistant lining plates, a wear-resistant plate such as a porcelain plate is baked and fixed to the surface of a rubber substrate, and the heads of mounting bolts are embedded and fixed in the rubber substrate. Therefore, a bolt was inserted through a hole drilled in a steel plate such as a chute, and a nut was tightened to the bolt from the back side of the steel plate through a washer to line the bolt (Utility Model Publication No. 59-4961). ). However, since the head of the bolt mentioned above is embedded and fixed in the rubber substrate, when the nut is tightened, the rubber material between the head and the rubber substrate contracts, causing the upper surface of the head and the lower surface of the porcelain wear-resistant plate to contract. A tensile force was applied to the rubber between the parts, causing the wear-resistant plate and the head to separate from the rubber, resulting in a defect in which the wear-resistant plate above the head easily peeled off from the rubber substrate.

Further, the above-mentioned rubber liner is heated and compressed from above and below during vulcanization. However, the heat transferred to the upper layer of the rubber plate that is in contact with the ceramic piece on the top surface is blocked by the ceramic piece and is lower than that of the lower layer where the heat is directly transferred. The lower layer shrinks more easily than the upper layer, which has a lower degree of vulcanization, and as a result, the product bulges in the center as shown in FIG. Therefore, even if the corner parts are tightened and fixed to the base plate with bolts, the bolts tend to loosen, the center part bulges, the ceramic pieces tend to peel off, and it is difficult to improve the appearance and quality of the product. Atsuta (Utility Model No. 56-158410, Utility Model No. 60-100308). Also 4
Even if the corner bolts are tightened and fixed to the base plate, the four sides of the rubber substrate are flexible, so the four sides will not be fixed to the base plate, and the four sides will move up and down due to the impact load. There was a problem that it vibrated and ended up easily coming off the base plate.

``Problem that the invention seeks to solve'' This invention proposes that when using a wear-resistant lining (liner) for a steel plate such as a chute, the lining mounting bolt that passes through the steel plate is tightened with a nut, and even if a rubber plate is installed as the lining, the bolt head still remains. The ceramic piece attached to the rubber plate above has excellent durability and cushioning properties because there is no risk of it peeling off, and the central part does not bulge and deform due to vulcanization, so it is flat and has a good appearance, and the ceramic piece has a tendency to peel off. The purpose is to firmly fix the four sides of the liner to the steel plate by simply tightening the liner mounting bolts at the four corners.
It is an attempt to obtain.

``Problems to Solve Problems'' The present proposal is a rubber liner made of a ceramic piece attached to the top surface of a rectangular rubber plate. A head holder flange is placed on the rubber plate side, a ceramic piece is attached to the top surface of the rubber piece through the rubber piece attached to the top surface of the bolt head, and a ceramic piece is attached to the top surface of the rubber piece inside the rubber plate on each of the four sides of the rubber plate. It is constituted by a wear-resistant liner in which parallel anti-warpage rods are embedded vertically and horizontally, and the anti-warpage rods and the above-mentioned flange are integrally formed.

``Operation'' Therefore, the lower surface of the rubber plate is brought into contact with the inner surface of a steel plate such as a chute or hopper, and a bolt protruding from the through hole formed by the inner periphery of the bolt head receiving flange is inserted into the bolt hole drilled in the steel plate. When the rubber plate is fixed to the steel plate and lined by the head hooked on the flange, the rubber plate can be fixed to the steel plate by the head hooked on the flange. In this state, no peeling force is applied to the interface between the upper surface of the rubber piece and the lower surface of the ceramic piece through the rubber piece attached to the head. The top surface of the ceramic piece on the rubber piece is placed almost on the same plane as the top surface of the existing adjacent ceramic piece, so the ceramic piece directly above and around the bolt head does not fall down, and the central part of the rubber plate tends to bulge. There is no tendency for separation between the top surface of the rubber plate and the ceramic piece. When the bolts 8 at the four corners of the rubber plate 1 are tightened and fixed to the steel plate 9, the anti-warping rods a and b integrated with the flange 4 are also fixed on the steel plate 9, and each side portion of the rubber plate 1 is fixed. Ru.

"Example" A square ceramic piece 2 is placed on the top surface of a square rubber plate 1.
A piece of wear-resistant porcelain (23 mm square, 10 mm high) is baked to form the rubber liner shown in Figures 1 and 3. At the four corners of this liner, the rubber plate 1 is exposed without burning the ceramic pieces 2, and exposed bolt head insertion holes 3 are bored in the rubber plate 1. Further, a bolt head receiving flange 4 is fixed to the lower end opening of the through hole 3 on the rubber plate 1 side. As shown in FIG. 3, this flange 4 has bolt holes 7 bored in the lower surface of a metal fitting having a vertical cross section. The upper part of the flange 4 is buried in the rubber plate 1, but the lower surface of the flange 4 is It is placed in the same plane as the bottom surface of the rubber part and is exposed or slightly covered with the rubber part. A bolt 8 is inserted into the through holes 3 and 7 thus formed, and a bolt head 5 is inserted into the through hole 3 of the rubber plate 1 and received by the flange 4. A rubber piece 6 is fixed by burning on the upper surface of this bolt head 5, and one ceramic piece 2' is fixed by burning on the upper surface of the rubber piece 6, thereby fixing the existing ceramic piece 2 on the upper surface of the rubber plate 1.
and the upper surface are held almost on the same plane. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vertical cross-section shaped metal fittings form warp prevention rods a, a parallel to two sides of the rectangular rubber plate 1, and the rods a, a parallel to the other two sides. They are connected by warp prevention rods b, b and are buried inside the rubber plate 1. Therefore, even if a difference in vulcanization occurs between the upper and lower layers of the rubber plate 1 due to heating and pressure in the vertical direction of the rubber plate 1 during vulcanization, warping will not occur due to the vertical and horizontal warp prevention rods a, a, b, and b. flat rubber plate 1
is formed. In the figure, 9 indicates a steel plate such as a chute or a hopper, 10 indicates a through hole drilled in the steel plate 9, 11 indicates a washer, 12 indicates a nut, and 13 indicates a rubber joint between the ceramic pieces 2.

"Effect" Since the present invention is constructed as described above, even if the rubber liner is lined on the inner surface of the steel plate 9 of a chute or hopper, etc., and the bolt 8 of the liner is tightened to the steel plate 9 with the nut 12 and fixed, the rubber plate 1 is tightened flat, no swelling force is applied, and there is no protrusion or peeling of the ceramic piece 2 on the top surface, making it possible to obtain a wear-resistant liner that is highly durable, flat, and has a good appearance. Furthermore, when the bolts 8 at the four corners of the rubber plate 1 are tightened and fixed to the steel plate 9, each side of the rubber plate 1 is also firmly fixed to the steel plate 9 by the warp prevention rods a and b, which prevents the effects of vibration due to impact loads. can be reduced.
