Claims (1)
- ＴＶカメラを固定させたＴＶカメラ監視システ
ムにおいて、１フレーム間記録する記録装置に同
ＴＶカメラにて撮像した信号を記録するプレメモ
リ手段と、同プレメモリした記録信号を反転させ
る反転手段と、同反転手段による反転映像信号と
前記ＴＶカメラにて再撮像したカメラ出力映像信
号とを比較する比較手段と、同比較手段にて相違
部分をゲートパルス信号とする検出手段と、同ゲ
ートパルス信号にて前記反転映像信号から相違部
分を欠落させるゲート手段と、同ゲート手段にて
ゲートされたゲート反転映像信号と前記再撮像し
たカメラ出力信号とを混合させる手段からならＴ
