<Problems to be solved by the invention> In such a boat-shaped boat, when the weft thread is pulled out, the weight 24 acts to apply a load to the thread so that an appropriate tension is applied to the thread.
If the weft thread is thick or stiff, the thread may not bend sufficiently into the recess 23, that is, the weight 24 may not sink sufficiently, and the thread may not be properly tensioned, or the weight 24 may not be properly tensioned due to fluctuations in the tension of the thread. There was a problem in that the material jumped out from inside the recess 23.

A weight 24 is suspended from the thread in order to apply an appropriate tension to the weft thread pulled out from the bunsen 20, and a recess 5 is provided between the outlet hole 2 and the guide hole 4 downwardly as a space for hanging this weight 24. It is formed in a vertically long direction. The upper part of this recess 5 is the guide hole 4.
As a result, the tunnel-shaped guide hole 4 , that is, the protrusion 3 is formed so as to cover a part of the upper part of the recess 5 . Furthermore, a hole is drilled in the thickness direction of the boat shape at a location facing the upper right side of the recess 5 in the lower edge of the guide hole 4 in FIG. It is inserted as shown in Figure 4,
Both sides are filled with solder. This guide member 6 acts to guide and support the weft yarn at its outer peripheral portion, and is made of highly wear-resistant ceramics or sintered alloy. The guide member 6 may have a cylindrical shape, or may be an irregularly shaped member having a curved surface at least at a portion where it contacts the weft thread. 7
is a through hole drilled in the thickness direction of the boat-shaped main body at the bottom position of the recess 5. When the thread breaks, the weight 24 falls to this hole and is removed by a photoelectric switch or the like. 24 to detect thread breakage.

Furthermore, a delivery hole 8 for delivering the weft thread is horizontally bored in the tip end of the boat-shaped main body, and a bush 9 made of ceramics or sintered metal is fitted into this delivery hole 8. A similar bush 10 is also fitted into the outlet hole 2. On the other hand, a leaf spring 11 is attached to the rear of the boat-shaped main body to support the Bunsen 20, and when the Bunsen 20 is put in and out of the boat-shaped body,

The boat-shape constructed in this way stores the coins 20, is placed side by side in an upright state on the support frame of the net making machine, and is used for making nets. The weft thread wound around the Bunsen 20 is first drawn out from the outlet hole 2 to the upper part of the boat shape, passes through the guide hole 4, and then is sent out through the outlet hole 8, and is sent out between the outlet hole 2 and the guide hole 4. A weight 24 is suspended from the weft, and the weight 24 is suspended within the recess 5.

When knitting is carried out in this state, the boat support frame moves back and forth at a predetermined timing, causing the boat to move back and forth, thereby pulling out the weft from the boat through the delivery hole 8 to a predetermined length.
When the weft thread is pulled out in this way, the thread hits the lower side of the guide hole 4, but since the highly wear-resistant guide member 6 is located in that area, there is almost no frictional resistance or wear on the thread, and the thread runs smoothly. Thread can be sent out.

On the other hand, when a thick or hard yarn is used as the weft yarn, the yarn is difficult to bend and the weight 24 is difficult to sink into the recess 5, but the upper part of the recess 5 communicates with the guide hole 4 and this part is formed relatively wide. Therefore, the weight 24 can be sufficiently sunk into the recess 5 and tension can be applied to the thread in a well-balanced manner.

Also, when the thread is strongly pulled out, the weight 24 rises and almost jumps out of the recess 5, but the left upper edge of the tunnel-shaped guide hole 4 covers a part of the upper part of the recess 5 from above. Since the thread and the weight are held at the upper left edge of the guide hole 4, the weight 24 is prevented from jumping out of the recess 5 when the thread is pulled out.

Furthermore, a highly wear-resistant guide member 6 with a curved surface is provided at the bottom of the guide hole 4, which is hit hard when the thread is pulled out, so that the thread smoothly slides and guides and prevents knots in the thread. Even in such a case, the thread is smoothly fed out without getting caught on the edge of the guide hole, and there is no accident in which the guide member 6 is damaged by the weight.

<Effects of the invention> As explained above, according to the boat type for a net making machine of the present invention, a guide hole is provided to guide the weft thread pulled out from the Bunsen to the upper tip part, and the weft thread is drawn out in front of the guide hole. In a boat-shaped vessel having a guide hole for guiding and a recess for suspending a weight suspended from a weft thread between the guide hole and the outlet hole, the guide hole is disposed in communication with the upper part of the recess, A guide member having abrasion resistance and having a curved surface at a portion in contact with the weft yarn is attached to a portion of the lower edge of the guide hole facing the recess. Therefore, since the upper part of the recess is wide, even if the weft thread wound around the coin is thick and hard, the weight sinks sufficiently and tension can be stably applied to the thread. In addition, since the upper edge of the guide hole covers a part of the upper part of the recess, even if the weight jumps up when pulling out the thread, the thread and weight are held down by the upper edge of the guide hole and the recess This prevents the weight from flying out. Furthermore, if there is a knot in the thread, in the conventional boat-shaped case, the knot gets caught on the edge of the bushing, making it difficult for the thread to come out smoothly, but in this case, the thread has abrasion resistance and has a curved surface at the point where it contacts the weft thread. Since the thread is guided by the guide member, the thread can be pulled out smoothly even if the thread has a knot.
