に前記斜面部と対向し、かつ、この斜面部の最小小径部
から最大径部へ向かうに従って高さが高くなる山形部を
形成し、前記斜面部と前記山形部とで形成された溝内に
、開口縁部に膨出部が形成されたグローブの前記膨出部
を挿入し通過させて、この膨出部を前記斜面部と前記山
