Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve an opening ratio, make discharge water introduction smooth, and save manpower for maintenance and management by employing a bottom member for constituting a water discharge gutter, a top cover member for connecting a plural number of divided members made of cast iron and placed on the bottom member, and arranging a plural number of water introduction ports. CONSTITUTION:The slope panel portion 26 of a top cover 20 is provided with upper and lower water introduction ports 29 and 28. Its vertical panel portion 25 and the bottom panel portion 24 are respectively provided with water introduction ports 25a and 24a to introduce discharge water on a bottom member 11. The area of each introduction port is made larger than the area of each longitudinal rib interposed between adjacent introduction ports. The top cover 20 is made detachable from the bottom member 11. Parts of the inner walls 28c, 28d, and 29c, 29d of the introduction ports 28 and 29 are formed with gradients widening toward the inside. Thus the top cover 20 can be attached to each divided members and the introduction ports are prevented from being clogged with earth and sand even for a long period of time.

<Function> In the present invention, since the upper lid body disposed on the upper part of the bottom member constituting the drain channel is formed by connecting a plurality of divided bodies made of cast iron,
The upper lid body is easy to handle, and each upper lid body is provided with a plurality of intake ports arranged in a plurality of rows for introducing wastewater into the bottom member, and the area of each intake port is equal to the area of each adjacent intake port. Since the area is set larger than the area of the vertical ribs interposed in the swallow opening, the opening ratio of the swallow opening is improved, and the top lid and bottom member are removable, making it convenient to replace the top lid. Since the inner wall surface of at least a portion of the intake opening is sloped to make the intake opening wider and wider, the drainage can be smoothly introduced into the drain groove. Furthermore, since the required length of the drainage pipe is reduced, maintenance efforts after opening can be reduced.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention comprises a bottom member constituting a drainage ditch, and an upper lid body arranged on the top of the bottom member and formed by connecting a plurality of divided bodies made of cast iron. By providing this, the upper lid body can be assembled into each divided body, resulting in good workability. Further, each upper lid body according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of intake ports arranged in a plurality of rows for introducing drainage into the bottom member,
By making the area of each intake opening larger than the area of the vertical ribs interposed between the adjacent intake openings, it is possible to reliably prevent the intake openings from becoming clogged with dirt even during long-term use. Further, in the present invention, the upper lid body is made removable from the bottom member, so that the upper lid body can be easily replaced, and the inner wall surface of the swallowing opening is sloped so that the swallowing opening faces the back floor. As a result, waste water is introduced extremely smoothly from the intake port to the bottom member.
