内挿入すると共に該回転軸を回動自在に保持する

内溝と交差するように上記収納室の外周壁から穿
設された挿入口と、上記挿入口に挿通され上記誘
導子の回動軸の位置を規制する止め部材と、上記
内視鏡先端部に装着されて上記挿入口の開口を閉
塞する先端カバー部材とを具備することを特徴と
