It is difficult to form a component into a complicated shape or to achieve precision in its shape and dimensions, and when the component is stored in the recess 25, the posture becomes unstable and uneven. When forming recesses from embossed tape, the thickness of the recess walls becomes thinner, which weakens the strength of the recess walls.
There was a problem in that the concave portion 25 was easily deformed when wound on a reel or stacked in a meandering manner on a stocker.

However, in order to connect them at a constant pitch, a complicated feeding device is required.

Many problems were found, such as the need for additional work.

ある。The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, make it possible to hold stored components in a stable and uniform storage posture, ensure that the package has sufficient strength even in a stacked state, and furthermore, when a component feeding device is used. There is no need for a driving source such as an air cylinder or a positioning part when separating the package and cover tab, and the package and connecting material can be linearly moved at a fixed pitch using a parts cassette for a conventional parts supply device. The object of the present invention is to provide a parts storage unit that can be connected to a storage unit and that allows empty packages to be easily collected.

うになった。Effect As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of packages and a connecting member can be engaged with each other by composite molding or other means and can be connected in a linear manner, so that each package can be independent and can be molded according to the shape of the stored parts. It can be obtained as a product. Furthermore, the connecting member has a hole having the same shape and size as the opening edge of the recess above each package, and feed holes are provided at a constant pitch on the edge of the hole, so that it is possible to avoid the conventional parts. By using the parts cassette used in the supply device, the connecting material can be moved at a fixed pitch, and the forming and connecting of the package can be performed at the same time.In addition, when taking out the stored parts, the connecting material can be stored without separating it from the package. It is now possible to remove the parts and collect the empty package while still attached to the connecting material.
