Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to allow a monitoring operator to always stay in a monitoring room by arranging a voice response device and a voice output device in a monitor controller. CONSTITUTION:When abnormality occurs, an alarm signal is transmitted and a monitoring operator knows the occurrence of the abnormality by receiving the alarm signal and transmits a transmission request for detailed information as a voice input. In the monitor controller D receiving the voice input, the voice response device E1 recognizes the voice input and the voice output device E2 selects or selectively synthesizes a required message based on the recognized contents and transmits a voice output. The monitoring operator receives the voice output again to grasp the detailed information of the abnormality by voice, and when necessary, directly goes to the field generating the abnormality to inspect/repair the abnormality. Thereby, the staying of the monitoring operator at all times in the monitoring room is made unnecessary.

B1 Summary of the Invention The present invention relates to a building monitoring and control system that monitors and controls equipment in a building, transmits an alarm signal indicating the occurrence of an abnormality through a laid cable, and has monitoring personnel outside the monitoring room receive it and notify them of the abnormality. If the supervisory control device is equipped with a voice response device and a voice output device, and the supervisory personnel receive an alarm signal that occurs when an abnormality occurs and become aware of the abnormality, the monitoring personnel will be able to transmit the detailed information. The monitoring device receives the request by voice input, recognizes and identifies the voice response device from the voice content, selects the required detailed content item 1f from the stored items, and outputs the voice output device. This system allows monitoring personnel to receive the information again and understand the details of the abnormality, eliminating the need for monitoring personnel to be stationed in the monitoring room and allowing them to understand the details of an abnormality even if they are anywhere. , and to speed up failure recovery.

C1 Conventional technology Conventionally, as shown in Figure 3, air conditioning equipment, power supply equipment, etc. are installed inside a high-rise building B, and the monitoring and control equipment that monitors these equipment is usually located in the basement. It is often installed in room C. Since each of the auxiliary devices of the above-mentioned equipment is located on each floor of the building, the monitoring personnel must patrol each floor of the building without leaving the monitoring room C. Monitoring room C
When the occurrence of equipment abnormality is reported by the monitoring and control equipment, the transmitter TI modulates an alarm signal and transmits it as a high-frequency signal to the coaxial cable installed in Building B, and patrolling monitoring personnel can use it to guide and emit radiation. The method used was to receive and demodulate the radio waves using the receiver R1 to detect the occurrence of an abnormality.

E Means for Solving the Problems The present invention monitors and controls equipment in a building, and when an abnormality occurs, modulates an alarm signal, transmits it as a high frequency signal, and guides or radiates it through a cable installed in the building. In building monitoring and control systems where radio waves are received and demodulated by monitoring personnel outside the monitoring room to detect the occurrence of an abnormality, a transmitter/receiver for the monitoring personnel with a voice communication function is provided, and a transmitter/receiver with a similar function and voice input are installed. The supervisory control device is equipped with a voice response device that recognizes and responds to a message, and a voice output device that selects or selectively synthesizes a desired message from pre-stored sentences and words and outputs the voice.

11 When an abnormality occurs, an alarm signal is first transmitted, and the monitoring personnel receives the alarm signal and learns of the occurrence of the abnormality, and then sends a request to send detailed information by voice input, which is received by the supervisory control device and the above-mentioned information is sent. The voice response device recognizes the voice input, and the voice output device recognizes the voice input based on the content. Here, the necessary messages are selected and synthesized and transmitted as voice output, and the monitoring personnel receive this again and grasp detailed information about the abnormality through voice. Based on this information, monitoring personnel will go directly to the site where an abnormality has occurred to inspect and repair the abnormality, if necessary.

Next, the operation of the system based on the above configuration will be explained according to the flowchart shown in FIG. The monitoring personnel shall always carry the transmitter/receiver TR when leaving the monitoring room C, and when the monitoring and control equipment in the monitoring room C detects an abnormality, an alarm signal will be sent from the transmitter T2 of the monitoring and control equipment C via the coaxial cable. Sent into the building. Monitoring personnel carry transmitter/receiver T
When R receives an alarm and learns of an abnormality, it sends an inquiry about the details of the abnormality to the voice response device El by voice input. Receiving device R2 receives this, recognizes the voice signal from voice response device El, selects or selectively synthesizes a required message corresponding to the content in voice output device, and transmits it as a voice output. When the monitoring personnel receives and understands this detailed information, they decide whether or not to go to the failure site, and if necessary, go there and repair the failure. Note that if there is no response from the audio output device, the request for detailed information is repeated.

H Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a supervisory control device with a voice response device and a voice output device, so that supervisory personnel outside the monitoring room can interact with the supervisory control device by voice using a transmitter/receiver to grasp detailed failure information. This eliminates the need to be present in the monitoring room all the time, making it possible to collect detailed information manually even outside the monitoring room, making it possible to go to the trouble spot without returning to the monitoring room, shortening trouble recovery times. This has the excellent effect of allowing you to return to the monitoring room only when necessary.
